As compared to Obama? You bet!

What does "half-black" have to do with the point he's making? I'm not one to see racism around every corner but that phrase being thrown in there has no revelance and smacks of it.

You are the reason this country is a mess...At least we know who to blame now.
To: wastedyears
He seems to have left his good sense and backbone in Vietnam... No argument from me.
To: PlainOleAmerican
You are the reason this country is a mess... - I disagree, whoever said he paid the ultimate price does not understand the meaning of the word in that context. That Onelife pointed it out simply means they understand that phrase better than the author.
To: PlainOleAmerican
The U.S. is still the greatest country in the world. . .it’s the citizens I don’t have much faith in any more.

(Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall cause you to vote against the Democrats.)
To: LeGrande
You are living in a fantasy land if you think Republicans can even hold a candle to Democrats spending habits...
This is why conservatives are poised to lose it all this fall. They aren’t dealing in reality. They overstate McCain’s obvious flaws and gorssly underestimate Obama’s.
Keep it up and watch what life under a Marxist Black Muslim is like, with a Democratic Socialist of America controlled congress, press and court.
To: PlainOleAmerican
Most Americans pay no attention to politics whatsoever. The gas crunch is good, insofar as it gets people thinking about public policy.

(Does Obama know ANYONE who likes America, capitalism, or white people?)
To: ConfusedAndLovingIt
Now I am confused, are you saying when someone says they paid the ultimate price, they are NOT talking about death? I at first thought Planole misunderstood and now you, maybe it is I that misunderstand the phrase. Just looking to get my interpretation of the phrase correct.
To: Edgar3
That’s why I said “forced.”

What does "half-black" have to do with the point he's making? It's called racism... I have no problem disliking Obama for a long list of reasons unrelated to his genetic makeup.

Some are that stupid. I have a neighbor that has a photo of Nancy Pelosi above her fireplace mantle.

YES they are. an example is the people of my supposedly ultra conservative state of SC, just voted to return LINDSEY GRAHAM as our repub. senator by a vote of 70-30.

Paying the “ultimate price” is generally considered to be paying with ones life. Not to belittle McCain’s sacrifice but 50 some thousand men paid the ultimate price.
The author needs to read my tagline and do some dictionary searching if neccessary.

EVERY American voter should be forced to READ this column OVER and OVER until the TRUTH sinks in! I'm not sure I want to live in a country where I'm forced to read something because someone else thought it was interesting.

Like I tell my kids, ignorance is the absence of knowledge. Stupidity is the possession of knowledge, and the unwillingness to use it.
To: PlainOleAmerican
Well, they elected and re-elect Bill Clinton.
They elect and re-elect Democrats.
The Democrat voters believe that bullshit about man made global warming.
Draw you own conclusions.
I, personally believe that they are stupider than even the Democrats think.
