The drilling issue can, and hopefully will, kill the Dems in this election.

They are on the wrong side of the fence and, since they are liberals, can't see the error in their ways.

Between that and the improving news from Iraq, I don't think they will be shoe-ins for the next election by any means.

Meanwhile, I hope their false confidence leads them down the primrose path to defeat.

Obama says drilling will have no immediate effect...same can be said of the alternative means of producing energy.

Does Obama also think we shouldn’t save for retirement because it will have no immediate effect? That attitude is completely irresponsible.

Yeah but the American People doesn’t know things are better yet. Iraq has to continue to improve for the next five months then the Republicans might have a prayer.
