If I understand aright, it's not a question of his being a citizen, but whether he was born in the U.S. I believe it's a requirement in the Constitution that the President be born here.

I think this is a non-issue, but if Sowell's reasoning is valid, there will be a court case if Obama wins.
It's possible. Stuff like this certainly allows Obama to claim, "can you believe this stuff?"
