The Bush twins never did set a good example for anyone.
They had poor behaviour.

This very thread connects the dots about as clearly as could be, if you were smart enough to realize it.

ROTFLMAO
Jenna's wedding pastor starts pro-Obama web site, therefore George W. Bush has sold raptor29 down the river. Meanwhile, the fate of the Republic is in the hands of the FR mods, who are conspiring to censor his comments on the internet bulletin board--sending him into such a rage that he cannot find agreement with someone who also believes that Bush has sold us down the river in any number of ways, just not because Jenna chose a particular pastor.

Years ago, Michael Milken screwed countless Americans out of billions of dollars in a deliberate national financial scam.

He did? How?

Why? Bush is never seen in the company of conservative Christians. I see him surrounded by people who apparently are quite comfortable with his real foundational views (globalist, social liberal etc).

And that should be very troubling to Christians who are still GWB worshippers.

The background and the history is readily available for anyone with access to a computer. Or anyone who lives near a Barnes and Noble. Have at it, makes for good reading.

Why won't you share?

He helped companies raise money with high yield bonds. He sold bonds to willing buyers. Who was screwed? Where was the scam?

Or are you just repeating something you heard from the MSM?

Rev. Wright speaks for many, Dr. Dobson speaks for many. I certainly chose Dr. Dobson to speak for me and my family! He has had a faithful and godly ministry for over 30 years!

Just for clarification—I was quoting the good Rev’s words that Dobson doesn’t speak for him.

I take great comfort in Mark 13:22 “For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and miracles to deceive the elect - if that were possible.” I may be interpreting it incorrectly, but I’ve always thought it meant that the elect, if they were in fellowship, could not be deceived. If I am right, then Kirbyjon Caldwell, T.D. Jakes and the other so-called Christians who are supporting Obama are in need of some serious soul-searching.

Also, whenever Obama uses the term “Obamanation” to describe his term as president of our country, all I can think about is the word “abomination”.

The truth is that they are not true conservatives. These same people would call a true conservative who is black an “Uncle Tom conservative”.

I have always admired Michael Steele - not for his skin color, but for who he is and what he stands for! I would vote for him in a heart-beat. However, if McCain were to choose him as his VP candidate, these false conservatives would not say they were going to vote for him because of his skin color. They would criticize him for his beliefs.

It’s not the republican party who is talking about race.

Actually, my father and my husband proudly served. My children attend a private, Christian school whose emblem is the Warrior - we are Warriors for Christ.

You are truly a man of integrity. Martin Luther King dreamed of a world where men would not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. Barack “can’t say his middle name” Obama has failed the test of character, but will be supported by many because of the color of his skin. My, how times have changed!

John McCain isn’t any great prize, but I will be voting for him this November. If he chooses a great conservative for a running mate, I will be voting with a smile on my face. If not, I’ll still vote for him because he’s at least going to stand by the men and women who put their lives on the line daily for my freedom.

We all did? Not me. In 2000, I voted for Alan Keyes in the primary and Pat Buchanan in the general election.

Tell you what. If you are genuinely interested in Milken, the crap he initiated and the incredible negative impact he had, read a book called “Den of Thieves” by James Stewart. I read it, and read others as well pertaining to this subject matter. Obviously you have read nothing, other than mindless libertarian drivel on issues such as this. But do yourself a favor and educate yourself, and then once you have, you can come back on here with your condescending attitude, albeit one that will be somewhat more subdued upon being enlightened by information you don’t currently have.

Also, the judge in Milken’s trial Kimba Wood recommended a ten-year sentence for Milken after the guilty verdict. You ask “where was the scam?”, as though there wasn’t any wrong-doing here. Any ideas about why a ten-year sentence in a federal prison would be recommended in the absence of a crime? Please, go educate yourself, it’ll do you good.

Good idea. What page will this be on?

Years ago, Michael Milken screwed countless Americans out of billions of dollars in a deliberate national financial scam.

Or were you making stuff up?

Wow! Sounds series!

You ask “where was the scam?”,

In vain.

Any ideas about why a ten-year sentence in a federal prison would be recommended in the absence of a crime?

Any idea why such serious crimes ended with less than 2 years served?

Please, go educate yourself, it’ll do you good.

You first. LOL!

JVB, got ANOTHER one for ya! When it comes to picking out pastors, the Bushs are almost as bad as the Obamas.

My short list ping with a courtesy ping to dead.

What a tremendous 4th grade level response. And then you try to cover your uninformed, exposed ass by attempting to diminish the crime because the 10-year sentence was reduced, in a court system that regularly covers for white collar crime. Great work.
