Hello FRiends,
I know I've gone into lurker mode after being active here on a daily basis for so very long. I've come to you today to humbly ask for prayers from the very best Prayer Warriors I know. You've come through so many times in the past, and this time I make the request with the permission of a friend of mine.
She is the mother of a 2 boys and also a 5 month old baby who has Down's Syndrome. Her baby girl "G" is currently undergoing a battery of tests and they both have been in the hospital for a week or so, with more tests coming.
Baby "G" has an enlarged heart, and one of her lungs is smaller than the other. Her mother, my friend, told me the CAT scan "doesn't look good". They've been giving her extra oxygen to try to inflate the smaller lung. Her lungs have fluid in them, and the latest test will be a biopsy to test the fluid & determine the cause. This is as best I can recall from what I was told, and if something here doesn't make sense, consider it my own error.
This precious baby is still smiling at her mama and is such a trooper while the doctors poke & prod her to find out the cause of her condition. Her mother is hanging on to hope, but she could use some additional prayers to help strengthen her resolve. She is afraid as any parent would be for her daughter not knowing what the prognosis is for her.
Please if you can find a moment to send them both your prayers, especially to Baby "G". She's a precious little darling who already has brought so much happiness to her family. Thank you very much.
Oh, God bless this dear, beautiful baby! Prayers for healing for this precious little child of God, and for her family to be strong and full of faith.

I am praying for the Holy Spirit to place a hedge of protection around this precious little one and to heal her completely with all the glory of God...prayers for her mama and family members and friends who are also offering up intercessory prayers for Baby “G”!!! May God bless the nurses and doctors who are caring for her and may they not give up on this child. “With God nothing is impossible”—doctors may be experts but they sure don’t know everything! I’ve also been told family members were in a bad way and to tell them goodbye, only to have them do a complete turnaround to the doctors’ amazement. May Baby “G”’s doctors be amazed at the power of the Great Physician’s handiwork in healing this baby! Amen!
From what I understand, a Down Syndrom baby is totally a package of love and trust.
I’m praying for this beautiful little bundle of God’s gifts.

Down’s children are so precious, so good natured, such blessings to their families and all who know them. I’m happy to know your little one was healed and pray that baby “G” regains her health.
What a darling, magnificent looking little girl! We all pray for her and her family, that the Lord will provide strength and courage, and His comfort to them through this trying time.

Come on folks...let’s pray harder and harder and harder for Baby “G”....we all remember Logan and how tough he was and how we all prayed for that little guy who just celebrated his 5th birthday (thank you God) so let’s ask God to bring Baby “G” back to good health so she can live a happy and fun life as children should and be with her loving family. Please God, take this little child’s hand and lead her back to good health and to her loving family who is waiting for her with open arms. A child is a gift from God...so let’s hopme family of this “gift” is able to enjoy their present every single day for the rest of their lives. Amen.
This morning they moved Baby "G" from one room in the PICU to another to keep her closer to the doctors and nurses. And my friend reports with renewed optimism that they had a "good day today." They are taking "baby steps" and she is trying to be strong for her baby. She thanked me again for all of your prayers and offers of assistance. She doesn't know where she would be without the outpouring of love they are receiving.
I truly believe that your generous outpouring of prayers and love have provided Baby "G" and her family with yet more moments with each other. After last night's scare, today was a genuine miracle for their family. Thank you, thank you!
Remembered Baby G fervently at Mass this evening. Thanks for the update.
Every thing will be all right we will pray hard and hope that they will be heard.
Do not fear God is with the Baby G and God’s watching over and protecting.
Praying now for comfort for the family for God’s decision.
I pray God blesses them with a complete healing for little baby G.
