I heard a spokeswoman say that rate-payer funds weren't used to support the proposition's defeat. (forgot where she said the money came from- maybe they 'rent' their name or something). She mentioned the company's historical commitment to supporting 'equality'.
Problem is: they're not supporting 'equality', they're supporting homosexuality. That's the rub. Second problem is: what business is it of a monopoly utility company regarding sexual preferences anyway?
Shut-up and deliver electricity, already.

"Problem is: they're not supporting 'equality', they're supporting homosexuality."Yes, special rights for a behavioral "minority" that has no ethnic, or skin color induced descrimination... just preversion disgust descrimination brought on by stupid "in your face" agitation of the most vulgar, vile nature, without end!!! (Maplethorp's cross in a bottle of urine, for example)(desicration of a Catholic Church in NYC over a St. Patrick's Day parade, for another)(talk about your "hate-crimes!)
Screw 'em!!! (well, no, on second thought, don't!!!)
