I don't in any way mean to justify the assault of the abortionist, but I'm curious - what purpose did photographing him serve? Did the aboritonist ask not to be photographed before he assaulted Tim?
I'm of the mind that if someone asks not to be photographed, you should abide by their wishes.
Of course, if they photograph you anyway, that doesn't give you the right to beat them up.

I don’t agree with abortion, but the man being photographed had reason to fear for his life because quite frankly, there are a lot of pro-lifers out there who are prepared to murder abortionists whose photo and details appear on an anti-abortion website...

Yes, I know there is no law against it. I meant that I believe it is the right thing to do not to photograph someone who asks not to be. (Of course, if someone were in the midst of committing a crime, this would not apply.)
