The execution of José Ernesto Medellín Rojas by the state of Texas is a violation of international law, said Amnesty International today. "It undermines the authority of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) which had ruled in favour of a stay of execution."

Ok, so let AI sue the state of Texas in the globalist International Court of "Justice" and see where that gets them. One thing that AI can be dead certain of, their effete international court can't bring that murdering, raping, torturing, illegal immigrant back from hell where he's now waiting for his compadres in crime to join him.

I don’t see it as a victory as there was no fight to begin with. The international court has no jurisdiction over Texas or any other state and never has. It would be as if I were to form my own little personal court and issued proclamations against various states’ cases.
