Are the Democrats and the American People About to be Mugged by a Con Artist?
Some Democrats are beginning to feel pangs of remorse over the candidacy of Barack Obama as they head to Denver. The presumptive nominee appears to be fully capable of snatching defeat out of the jaws of certain victory. Despite heroic efforts by the mainstream media to resuscitate Obama’s candidacy after he was battered by Clinton in the closing series of primaries, Obama is flat lining in the polls. This is not supposed to be happening. Conventional wisdom held that 2008 was supposed to be a Democratic year. How can this sudden reversal of fortune be explained?
Rank and file, blue collar workers seem to be resistant to Obama’s oratorical charms. Some voters find his angry and scary wife to be the political equivalent of the obnoxious reality television personality Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth.
Watch for the former Michelle Robinson to undergo an extreme makeover in the weeks leading up to the convention. More important, however, are the nagging questions that continue to be asked about Obama’s background and his career experience. Is he qualified to lead this great nation through trying times? Who exactly is this guy and where did he come from?
The Obama campaign is now plagued by his best selling utobiographical books. These exercises in mixing fact, fancy and unadulterated fiction would be problematic if simply available in print to opposition researchers, but, adding to Obama’s woes is the fact that he opted to record audio versions of the same two volumes. Americans can now listen to the presumptive nominee celebrating his enthusiastic drug use, delivering inflammatory rhetoric and reciting a string of racial slurs and profanities in his own voice.

It is simply astonishing that Mr. Obama is the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party.
I’ll betcha, IF he gets elected that, within 6 to 12 months, everyone who voted for him and the MSM will loathe this fellow. It would be like Jimmy Carter Part Two.

So it really comes down now to Obama - people are kicking the tires and looking under the hood.
Two supermarket tabloids who “print lies” like John Edwards had and is still having an affair have also been on Marxist Barack Hussein Obama. The Globe has published explosive allegations about Obama, a homosexual tryst with a man named Larry Sinclair and their nose candy (cocaine) fests back in 1999. Remember: Obama has admitted to using cocaine: ‘”Junkie. Pothead. That’s where I’d been headed: the final, fatal role of the young would-be black man...I got high [to] push questions of who I was out of my mind.” Would-be black man? Obama is a mulatto, but can’t seem to bring himself to be proud of both heritages. Labeling himself as “African-American” gets him more political mileage and makes it harder to attack his Marxist ideology. The Globe has also covered the murder of Donald Young, a sodomite who attended Obama’s church and a friend of Obama. The bombshell allegation is that there is a connection between Young’s murder and Obama. Dead men tell no tales, but after all, it’s just tabloid trash.

I disagree. They would cover up for him time after time.

If you drive along country roads, you might catch sight of a turtle balanced on top of a fence post, where it clearly didn't get on its own, where it doesn't belong, and where it has no idea what to do. You'll probably wonder what kind of jackasses put it up there. Most likely you'll want to help the poor dumb thing down.

I think Obama has reached the apex of his support level, he can only go down, or stay even from here to the election.
Interesting that there are so many articles like this and so much Demo doubt about Obama even as he is *leading* in every poll (if not by much) and is ahead in many key states. It’s like they know something’s going to happen down the road and they are not happy. Now if only the Republicans had nominated someone who could give a more coherent and vibrant stump speech, we’d have been better off.
They’ll turn on him like a cobra. You watch and see.
Obama has promised to raise your taxes, to further socialize your schools and colleges, and a dozen other cradle to grave entitlements all unconstitutional. His Kum-by-ya attitude with foreign thugs and other dignitaries is appalling. Who in their right mind would vote for the vacuous man....only those who are already Socialist/Communist in their thinking....I doubt they realize what they’ve become.
The ‘media’ has reached the limits of its ability to interfere with the nomination process.
AND
Americans have reached the saturation point on on this rah-rah stuff about the media-selected candidate.
Now the real campaign begins. I am certain Obama has NO chance in a head to head contest with McCain or any other REAL politician in this country and the national hysteria over this virtual cipher will not carry him to the WH.
