I encourage you to watch the Glenn Beck Program this next Friday, August 22, at either 7 pm, 9 pm or midnight, Eastern Standard Time. The program will consist of an interview with four students and Prof. George to discuss the work that has been going on at Princeton over the last 10 years or so to create a climate that is more supportive for students interested in a college education that includes the development of moral convictions and practices.

As you know Universities have years ago decided they are no longer going to instruct students on what is right or wrong. I believe that listening to these students and to Prof. George, you will be encouraged by the prospects of bringing back the "moral" component into the educational task--and doing it so in a way that is respectful of the views of others. This is by no means easy, but those of us working on the Princeton project--and there are many of us of numerous religious persuations--think it is possible. And this interview will help you understand why we think this way.

Please tune in and encourage your friends to do as well.

I reside in the same N.J. (MERCER) County as Princeton University. I applaud what Pro. George is doing. The Borough of Princeton has for a long time been a municipality where the overwhelming majority of people 60 years and over still think that Alger Hiss was treated unfairly.

It is a left wing town with very few in the Academia who had the courage to stand up for the truth until Pro. George. I look forward to viewing Glenn Beck's program tonight.

Generally, I believe that “bioethicist” is a mis-spelling - it ought to be written as “bio-DEATH-assist” because most of those who adopt this title are apologists for the drug industry, the hospice industry and other “terminal care” professionals, or abortion advocates and providers.

However, I do consider Professor George to be an exception.
