Great guy! Unlike many Hollywood celebrities, James Woods is the real deal. He's a conservative.

James Woods was brilliant in John Carpenter’s movie, Vampires. One of my favorite roles he acted in.

And yet the police couldn’t be bothered with doing some police work to capture the criminal themselves.

Same thing happened to me at a restaurant in Santa Monica. Never identified the employee, though.

This is why whenever I pay for a meal with a credit card or debit card, I usually will cross out everything but the last 4 numbers of the credit card # when they give me the receipt to sign. Reduces the temptation.

I like James Woods, he is funny, a good actor and conservative...I like the idea that some actors are coming out of the proverbial closet to endorse McCain.

The Wacky Left still makes the TV and movies, at about a 95% ratio to the 5% conservative.

Talk radio (Rush, Savage, Hannity, Dobbs, Levin) are 95% conservative, that’s why the Liberals want the Fairness Doctorine applied to radio.

They are for free speech...free Liberal-only speech, or you are a bigot, Islamophobe, homophobe, GW denier or un-Progressive.

"a guilty waiter"

Strange that James Woods observed a dry run aboard a flight prior to 9-11 and that he fell victim to a credit card scam, a ploy used by U.S.-based Al Qaeda operatives.

James Woods recounts Atta Hijacking Attempt before 9/11

Anti-terror web snags unwary operators

One of the five defendants in the Detroit indictment, Youssef Hmimssa, previously was identified by waiter Mourad "Mark" Madrane as the man who had recruited him to use an electronic skimming device to steal the credit card identities of some 250 customers at Jameson's Charhouse in Arlington Heights, Ill.

Madrane, who was sentenced Aug. 30 to 18 months in prison for last year's thefts, indicated that fellow Moroccan Hmimssa downloaded the credit data onto a laptop computer, according to reports quoting a U.S. Secret Service agent's court affidavit. The stolen credit accounts allegedly then were used by Humimssa to purchase more than $100,000 worth of computer gear and other items, ostensibly to support anti-U.S. activities, though that has not been claimed in court.

This is an incident of credit card fraud (theft) not identity theft.

"...The crook had bought a computer and purchased two VIP tickets to the recent Dave Matthews concert at the Staples Center in LA..."

LOL...did anyone ELSE read this one line and say to themselves: "Uh huh. That about sums it up perfectly..."

I’m surprised nobody’s mentioned the episode of “Family Guy” where Peter Griffin’s identity is stolen by...James Woods!

Woods is an extremely bright guy. He got 1580 on his SAT test, meaning he missed (I think) one question.

Too bad he had to track down the perp himself. How tough would it have been for the cops to do exactly the same thing?
These days when you call the fuzz about a crime all you get (if anything) is a stenographer who writes down the details and does nothing further.
