"I will be back, I'll be back to campaign in earnest," Biden said, "but today is not the moment for me to campaign. Today is the moment for me as a United States senator running for president to put aside the national politics and focus on what's happening down there" in the Gulf Coast.

Actually, he’s a teetotaler who claims to have never even tasted alcohol. To me, that’s a little odder and more suspicious than being a drunk.

I would love to join, he seems to be one of the few newsies who is even remotely interested in pointing out that Obama is mortal.

Well, I imagine that as a white, male democrat who has been a Washington insider for all these years, it IS difficult for him to envision a black off the democrat plantation.

Wondering if Biden takes the train because he has no drivers’ licence.
Drunk driving in his past?

Today is the moment for me as a United States senator running for president...A Freudian slip or...intentional?

How about another interesting, if not elegant, image?

When he said down there, did he vaguely point in the general direction of Rhode Island? He and Obama both were thinking about disaster relief for the Kentucky coast line.

True, true.
But then again, Pinocchio (with his solid wooden head) does have an unfair advantage over Joe Biden in the VP debate.

But then again, Pinocchio (with his solid wooden head) does have an unfair advantage over Joe Biden in the VP debate. As Gepetto wished for a son, perhaps Biden's 'wish' to be President will come true.
But then again, since he hasn't proven himself to be "brave, truthful, and unselfish" no blue fairy will be visiting him.
I am also of the opinion that Pinocchio has an unfair advantage over ObamaRama in that even Pinocchio (which is, literally translated as "pine eye" and in Tuscan means "pine nut") knew he was a puppet and not just some cult personality held up by strings of sophistry.

Yeah, down there where all those other people live in places besides Washington, LA and New York.
