That is an Orwellian title. If it’s “Universal”, it can’t be “Voluntary”.
Honestly, why can’t I do what I want to do for people less fortunate than myself, instead of being coerced by the Obama Brownshirts (no racism intended by the use of “Brown”.)

Think of the good these young people could do for their community if they actually went out and got jobs. At the very least they’d be paying some taxes, instead of being public sponges.

I really hope that lawsuit over his birth certificate has legs and he is thrown out.
