John McCain’s presidential campaign appears prepared to chastise Democrats over leaving behind piles of miniature American flags after Barack Obama’s nomination acceptance speech last Thursday in Denver.
Boy Scouts reportedly have arrived with at least two dozen trash bags full of the flags at the site of a McCain rally scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. in Colorado Springs.

As I posted on another thread, this is a wonderful idea. Not the gross disrespect paid toward our national ensign, but the recycling of these flags and public embarassment of those disgusting jerks responsible.

People who have been immersed in the military culture view the flag completely differently from people who haven’t. He’s already got the military vote so making a big deal of the flag is not a good vote getter.

Before McCain steps off the stage he best make sure that at his rallies flags aren’t left behind for the clean up crews to take care.
Correct. The debate should be framed John and Sarah the Patriots vs. Obama and Biden citizens of the World.

Obama/Biden will claim the McCain/Palin team bought those flags. I hope they have video of the Boy Scouts who picked them up. The lying dems will lie about it and say....I believe this is their mantra.....”There is no evidence that these particular flags were disrespected in Denver. Prove it.”
