Missile shields knock down offensively launched missiles.
If Obama is pretendeding to assure Russia that America would not use defensive systems deployed in Poland to defend against Russian missiles launched at the U.S., he deserves all of the “credit” associated with such an ignorant policy.

I think you are wrong on this one. The missle shield targets and shoots down incoming missles from anywhere.
There is no targeting aas it is a defense weapon.
