Some of the estimated 1,100 registrations list Social Security numbers for people who already are in the county's database of registered voters, Toulouse Oliver said.

Other cards list the same name — but a different birth date — of already registered voters.

Some of the people whose names appear in the list of possibly phony registrations, when called by the clerk's office, said they never filled out the new cards changing their voter data, Toulouse Oliver said.

In addition, "We do have a series of cards identified that appear to be (names) taken straight out of the phone book Toulouse Oliver said.

Toulouse Oliver said she did not know how many cards in the current stack of questionable registrations were submitted by ACORN, though she said that group this year has done the majority of so-called third-party registrations — those that aren't turned in by the voters themselves but are submitted by groups organized to enlist new registrants.

Henderson said all the people his group registers sign an oath declaring themselves to be U.S. citizens.

Secretary of State and governor positions (appoints replacement Senators) are both positions - lower in the totem pole that the President himself, - but critical to the democrats being able to maintain vote fraud.

Senate control assures Supreme Court control by liberals - who will vote their politics EVERY TIME.

Sec State control allows fraud to be maintains with little oversight.

The Federal Government which claims to be the defender of voting rights, gives tax money to the nationwide Acorn Organization to undermine voting rights. The Federal Government is well beyond the point where it represents a government of the people. There is a strong possibility that vote fraud will determine outcomes across the country. It is safe to assume that the few fraudulent voter registrations now showing up in virtually every state represent a small proportion of the total entering the system.

Yes. Dozens of ACORN people have been convicted of fraud. Google ACORN and "vote fraud" together for details. What HASN'T been done is accurate reporting of the fact that Barack Obama WORKED for ACORN when he was a "community organizer."

Unlike the usual national Democrat candidate, Obama can be tied directly, not indirectly, to voter fraud at the state and local level. Obama's ties are direct, through ACORN.

It’s worse than that — the (former) head of the elections bureau is related to Tom Udall (D-RAT) who is running for US Senate. Once that was exposed by the press, he was replaced.
