BALTIMORE, Md. -- Biden accepted the endorsement of the National Association of Police Organizations this morning on behalf of the Democratic ticket, pledging to again provide a seat at the table for local law enforcement.
Biden, speaking on a conference call with NAPO President Tom Nee, made a plug for the Biden Crime Bill, which he said was contributed to a 30 percent drop in violent crime in the 1990s.
Then, for some reason, because this administration and my good friend John dont think its a role of the federal government to be involved in local law enforcement
they decided they had to stop it, he said. Biden promised to re-establish those policies, to provide funding and technological assistance to communities across the country.

An estimated 123 people were shot and killed over the summer in Obama's Chicago District. That's nearly double the number of soldiers killed in Iraq over the same time period.
And the Democrat Party wants to give convicts the Vote. What's with these Police Groups?
Maybe they need a new "Community Organizer"...
Maybe they should add “No, no, no, God DXXX America” to their swearing in process?
Any group that would support that crap can KMA. When they call asking for $$$s, I’ll just hang up from now on.
Gee, I thought the Police Organizations were backing McCain.
Before you hang up, at least tell them why you won't be donating money to them..that's what I'm going to do.
Looks like the Weather Underground’s history of shooting at cops and bombing government buildings doesn’t mean anything to the Democrat union.

It'd be great to see an ad with him dancing in the background.
They always support the CommiecRAT.
The National Fraternal Order of Police have endorsed McCain.
Understand that these organizations do NOT speak for the rank and file. They are made of chiefs and sheriffs. Many who have forgotten what it is like to work the street and only look now for a future political appointment.
I agree that we should not support them. But I believe it it necessary to tell them why. When I was in law enforcement, I was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP). I quit supporting them when they cam out in favor of the alleged “cop killer” bullets. When they would call asking for a donation, I told them why I would no longer support them.
It did not take too long before they began to rethink their position on that and many other things.
I hate to say it, but Capone was a Republican and he boasted that all his men were too.
This is One of the Gun Grabber Organizations.
Today’s Unions too often stand for cronieism and status quo.
I thought Obama was supposed to change all that.
So much for hope...pass ME some dope.
Boston Police Patrolmen's Association President Thomas Nee, left, and wife Gail await the sentencing of their son Joseph Nee Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008, in superior court in Brockton, Mass., to nine months in prison. Joseph Nee was convicted last week of conspiracy to commit murder by plotting to carry out a Columbine-style attack at a suburban high school.
Didn't he also admire Mussolini?
This is about protecting unions, not citizens
ALL the politicians in Chicago were corrupt. Capone's man in the mayor's chair was William “Big Bill” Hale Thompson, the last Republican mayor of Chicago, and he left office in 1931! I read a quote here he said he was a Republican and all his men were too. It was a different era then.
Biden, speaking on a conference call with NAPO President Tom Nee, made a PLUG, (ha, bad choice of words)
LOL! You flipped my wig with that one...
“Police Organizations for A Police State”..
