If I were the judge....I might settle for sympathy. He’d have to pay for damages without any question. Then I’d require him to quit (in writing) from all environmental groups, and not be a member of any environmental group for three years. And finally, I’d require him to attend environmental rehab...where they would take the “Gore” out of him.
There is something sad and pathetic about a 72 year old man with the mental and emotional capacity of a 13 year old junior high student. It also makes you wonder who else has been the victim of this childish liberal tool over the past 60 years.

I wonder if they can also charge him with repeatedly lying to police officers? When they showed him the video, he claimed he had a "twin". When they proved his BMW was parked nearby, he confessed but said it was the only time he'd ever done that. When they found surveillance videos of his BMW parked near other vandalized Humvees, he confessed to those too. Isn't lying to police investigators a crime?
No, over expensive property damage. Keying a car is childish, and in this case with damage to 5 Hummers the damage is probably close to 5-figures.
And his old BMW gets about one mile per gallon better mileage than those Hummers.
