Make an ad out of the truth squad stating how Obama is forming his new Brown shirts...they can argue about the “truth” of it in court!
I hope a non-profit legal group files a lawsuit seeking a temporary restraining order against these clowns. Elected officials and law enforcement employees cannot use their position (under color of law)to infringe on the federally protected rights. It is a violation of Section 1983, or one of the other civil rights sections of the law.
They are threatening to file criminal charges if an ad does not tell the truth (as they interpret it).
This is an outrageous attempt to stifle debate and a violation of the first amendment. Sue the bastards.
Let’s get a federal judge to order them to stop making these threats.

There is one on TV here from the Obama camp that say McCain is against stem cell research. I think that is a lie. They NEVER say anything about the line between stem cell research and EMBRYONIC stem cell research in the ad.
Maybe McCain needs his own truth squad!
