The fact that the Obamessiah has not/will not put this to rest by releasing a certified copy of his COLB or offer any additional verifiable evidence of his early childhood in America or his college days keeps this topic alive. I don’t know whether the allegation that Obama isn’t a natural born citizen has any merit or not, but can someone tell me, is there any system in place or any body that examines a presidential candidate to ensure that they meet all the constitutional requirements for office?

If not, why the hell not? And if the case is dismissed as not havig standing, then who exactly has standing if an American citizen doesn’t?

Now that the Obama campaign has admitted that Senator Obama was indeed a Kenyan citizen (http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate: "Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”), all of the questions about his citizenship must be brought into the light of day.

Senator Obama, having admitted obscuring one issue of citizenship, has cast a cloud over his already complex citizenship issues.

That cloud must be removed. It is not acceptable for a Presidential candidate to have anything other than clear eligibility for the office of the President of the United States.
