The order has not been signed. The unsigned order was just attached to the pleading. That's SOP so the Judge doesn't have to prepare an order.

There is NO ORDER. It will most likely be denied. After all this IS America.

As this goes further in the court, the main stream media will be forced to cover it.

No offense taken. I didn’t know there needed to be a signed signature, thought it was an official response from the judge - dang it.

Although, I still think Obami may be in trouble here if the judge responds favorably for Berg (fingers crossed).....

I dislike the Clintons as much as anyone, but I would rather have Hillary than Obama as POTUS.

Who knew...

I think you are right, Kristinn... This filing seems to be the most recent for the issue, as posted at http://news.justia.com/cases/featured/pennsylvania/paedce/2:2008cv04083/281573/

According to this law student, he expects an answer from Surrick anyday.

Philip J Berg lawsuit, Response to Obama motion, Jeff Schreiber update, Judge Surrick order, Ruling, Obama must prove citizenship?, Supreme Court next?
October 1, 2008 · 8 Comments

Jeff Schreiber, law student, legal writer and blog owner contacted Citizen Wells on this blog last night. Here is Jeff Schreiber’s comment:

“We’ll see on the standing issue.

I’m expecting an order from Judge Surrick any day now — in fact, I’m surprised it hasn’t come down before now.

To the folks here at Citizen Wells:

As of now, 3:36am on Wednesday, my blog site (www.americasright.com) is down due to a problem with Google. Should something happen in the court, I may very likely get a hold of it before anybody else as I have worked alongside these people every day for six years.

If anything does come down the pipe and I cannot put it up on my own site, I’d like to e-mail it to you”

I sent an email to Jeff. He is always welcome on this blog.

Jeff Schreiber is on top of this lawsuit and last night put up several interesting articles regarding the constitutional and legal aspects of presidential citizenship requirements. I strongly recommend that you visit his site:

That would be up to the Democratic National Committee to decide.

#1. This could be interesting.

#2. Stonwalling may/may not work. Depends on court rules.

#3. If Obama removed, don't think Hillary can be substituted. Convention placed ballott names, so Obama wins, can't hold office ... we get Biden. IMHO, and I'm not a lawyer.

So Barry, just turn over your:

1. A certified copy of you original long version Birth Certificate and

2. A certified copy of your Certification of Citizenship

3. A Certified Copy of your Oath of Allegiance”

And this will all go away.

A proposed order is not an order. If such an order had actually been signed, it would be all over the news.

This could be something big or nothing at all. I would assume that either party will appeal the decision to the Cicuit Court and then to the USSC.

“In any case, I think Obambi is in deep crap here. He can’t produce the evidence so they are trying to get the suit thrown out.”

I’m praying that the suit will be heard, but the precedents seem to be against it. I’m also praying for Judge Surrick’s safety.
