No, my understanding from the State Department is that an Oath of Allegiance is used for new citizens or used to ‘reinstate’ a lost citizenship. You swear an oath of allegiance to the USA not the country of birth, or country of previous citizenship. The Certification of Citizenship is the same as a naturalized citizenship different from a citizenship given at birth (aka, birth certificate). A certification of citizenship is given to new citizens, born elsewhere, who become naturalized, like Arnold Swarzeneggar(or however its spelled!); or after a lost citizenship is re-instated. That is standard boilerplate documentation the lawyers supply to the judge with their argument in order to save the judge time in preparing his own, If you look at the motion to dismiss filed by Obama and the DNC, it contains the same type of form

If by some miracle this case panned out in our favor and ruled Odumbo as ineligible and the DNC had to scramble for a new candidate, likely Hitlary, there would be NO WAY in hell she could win. The disenfranchisement of the black vote would not go her way. Then there’s the younger voters who are primarily voting for Odumbo because he’s young.
With threats already of riots should Odumbo lose the general election, this could be well over the top of that.
Odumbo’s got some powerful friends in high places and is such a fraud in all other aspects that I wouldn’t put it past him and his cronies to do such a thing.
If in fact he is not a naturalized citizen, my guess would be his camp would be in touch with the best forgers out there to produce a birth certificate.
That of course would need verification with Hawaii’s dept of health records. They’d have to cover those bases as well.
Where has Hawaii’s Gov. Linda Lingle been on this issue? She’s a huge proponent of Palin speaking highly of her at the convention. Surely she could have been researching this issue.

Not true. If he is decertified to be President then Biden automatically will take over. This also can affect how the Electoral College votes. Some state legislatures may overturn the election results for President based on elegibility requirements. Can't vote for Obama, vote for whoever took second place (McCain)

This makes me a bit nervous, remembering that Kerry signed a SF 180 that an author did not use to publish his record......if these discovery documents are given to Berg, does he have the option to drop the suit? I think yes.....and then Obama can say he complied with the Courts order......and then if Berg is a trojan horse for Obama, he can withold the documents and truth......end of problem.
So the question will now be is Berg legit? We’ll find out soon enough....

There is urgency here and the Judge in denying the Motion will likely not let this drag on, it would be unethical in this case since the Presidency is at stake. Plus, when a judge grants motions for say continuance, they take into consideration what the other side needs to do to comply with the order—in this case, if you are an actual legal American citizen, proving it should not be that difficult. I have not seen the actual documents yet but I am going to check for them in my Lexis and west law accts and see what I can find. I am hoping this is going to be something that destroys Obama. Also as others have said, even Hillary would be better than Obama, hell MY DOG would be better at least he isn’t a marxist, commie pig!
Will this be the October surprise that conservatives are waiting for?

At this point, I would celebrate if Hillary replaced 0bama as the dem nominee. Even if McCain lost to her, I would be relieved that Hillary would be in office rather than 0bama. Hillary would simply be bad for us and our country, like any other democrat would be. 0bama would be a true disaster.
Since there are records of Barry Soweto( Barak Obama) being adopted by an Indonesian step father and he enrolled in school as an Indonesian citizen he has to swear out an oath of allegiance to the United States to regain his US citizenship. This should have been done a long time ago if he did it. There’s a lot of paperwork out there that might sink Barry’s campaign.
