Contrary to Internet Rumor, No Court Ruling Yet On Obama / DNC Motion to Dismiss in Berg v. Obama

I received a phone call from Phil J. Berg a few minutes ago. He informed me that a rumor is circulating on the Internet that the Court has ruled on the Motion to Dismiss filed by Senator Obama and the Democratic National Committee in the Berg v. Obama case. Some of the visitors to this website have posted comments claiming the Court has ruled. The comments on this site were written by visitors to the site.

On Mr. Berg's behalf, I am posting this to state clearly the Court has not yet ruled on the Motion to Dismiss in Berg v. Obama.

1. Last week Senator Obama and the Democratic National Committee filed a Motion to Dismiss the Berg v. Obama lawsuit. 2. On Monday, Mr. Berg filed an answer requesting that the suit not be dismissed and that the Court order production of documents proving Senator Obama's consitutional qualifications to serve as President of The United States. 3. As of 1 AM EST today, October 2nd, 2008, the Court has not ruled on the Motion for Dismissal in Berg v. Obama.

Having seen your past posts it bccomes quite evident that you are not going along with this story so I will leave you to your decision.

I guess Jerome Coursi is in Kenya not only to see if he can scare up some BC evidence for BHMSO, but for evidence on what basis Barry could have claimed the Kenyan citizenship to which he has admitted on his website. If such Kenyan citizenship requires birth in Kenya, Barry's up a creek. If, as is more likely, he need only have been a son of Barack Sr., maybe that's how that unfolds, but perhaps there's interesting supporting paperwork on Barry Jr.'s filing to actually lay claim to Kenyan citizenship.

That Barry clearly has allegiances to one or more countries other than the US, be it Indonesia and/or Kenya, is contrary to the spirit--if not the letter--of the Constitutional requirement to be a natural born US citizen to be our President.

As Barry has admitted to falsifying his bar exam application and now we see incontrovertible evidence that his publicly-submitted BC was a fake, one surely doesn't have to cross any rickety bridge to see that 0bambi's experienced at deceit through documents. Why the @#&$%&! does anyone get a "do over" in such a situation, irrespective of an adjudication of where he was born or whether he's is a naturally-born US citizen???!?!?!

A non-racist 94% of the electorate should just say, "Sorry pal. Since it's clear you're into falsifying important legal documents, that shows to all of us that you're not one to play by the rules, so don't expect to be elected to anything above dog catcher."

A distinction Obama is the sole holder of, no other Harvard Law review president has ever distanced themselves from the US legal system in the way Obama did.

Based solely on FACT, including his history, background, behavior, attitude, associations and his hate for America, it is my opinion he is a TOTAL FRAUD and not qualified to be president. Especially based on the FACT he REFUSES to prove his eligibility.

I pray the judge presiding over the Berg lawsuit proceedings, FORCES HIM TO PROVE IT, just like you and I would have to do. He stinks and it must be shown to the world.
