this was actually very funny.
Bush is such a lightweight and they portrayed him spot on.

I agree. Other than an over the top Palin bashing in the opening skit (but they did bash Gwen Ifill quite well with her book plug, and they did make fun of Biden) — it was a pretty even handed episode politically speaking.

George Soros, “Owner, Democrat party”. Wow. It was very telling in that there was almost no laughter at that skit other than the potshots at Bush (which were quite well aimed IMO). The cavalcade of subprime “victims” trotted out was perfect.

yeah it clearly shows that Pelosi and them fully know they are bullshitting everyone and Bush remains silent.

to give Bush a bit of a break the MSM are on Pelosi's side but he and McCain have a pulpit podium they are not using.

Even SNL gets it. Watch for the MSM to start covering this. (After the election of course)

I was rather surprised that appeared on SNL. Maybe the producers are so desperate for viewers they’ve instructed the writers to begin tapping into the wealth of comedic material known as the Democratic Party.

They’ll regret that screen shot.

And they’re adding weeknight shows leading up to the election - I hope it’s not 100% partisan, but I have no doubt it’s politically motivated AND because their ratings have gotten a boost, mostly due to Tina Fey.

I know... I thought this skit was very telling.
i was actually impressed by how much the SNL writers actually know!!!
Perhaps they should be writing for the AP... at least we’d get some semblance of truth!

A brilliant skit that received tepid response form the NYC audience.

In the mean time Chris Matthews will play the Sarah Palin skit repeatedly while this one will not see the light of day.

Na... from what I’ve been reading on FR, I think many here are about done with President Bush... his pushing of the 700-billion might have been the last straw for me personally.
Don’t get me wrong, I like the guy... but I think he’s done.

I liked it except for one part...When the local banker thanked Frank..and the republicans...for blocking reform.

Why are conservatives pimping a show whose skits unfairly smear Sarah Palin?

When they have some skits about the moronic gaffes that Obama and Biden have made then maybe I'll tune in.
