Fox has been reporting on the money Obama’s campaign gave to ACORN, but of course and as usual the MSM hasn’t.
Berg is actually a former deputy AG for PA. I don’t blame him for this suit, there are huge questions concerning Obama’s birthplace and since he refuses to show the proof—it is fair game.
If he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii, case closed, he can’t be President. However, a Kenyan birth has yet to be proven.
If he was born in Hawaii he bacame a natural born citizen of the U.S. at that time. I am no expert in immigration law, but I suspect that Berg is incorrect when he describes the effect of Indonisian law on Obama’s status as a natural born citizen of the U.S. The fact that Indonesia may not have recognized Obama’s U.S. citizenship after Obama arrived in Indonesia and that Indonesia considered Obama an Indonisian citizen, I suspect, does not affect how the U.S. views Obama’s U.S. citizenship status. I don’t beleive that there is anything in U.S. law that says, in efffect, if you are a natural born citizen of the U.S. and then you go to another country, that does not recognize your U.S. citizenship and then makes you a citizen of that country, that the U.S. then must revoke your U.S. citizenship. I have not looked at the documents at Berg’s website. If I were to do so, the first thing I would look for is a citation to a U.S. law that contradicts my present understanding. That’s my present view based on my limited research into this matter. Therefore, at this time, it appears to me that Berg’s case depends on getting a proper examination done of the official records of the state of Hawaii to determine if Obama was born there. I don’t know why Berg needs to go to Obama for proof of birth in Hawaii. The only source that should matter is the official source, the Hawaiin government.
I’m sure they’re working on it and you can bet money the report will be released a few days AFTER the elections... :(

Excellent post. It’s not about 0. It’s about who and what backs him. His handlers. What would they do to 0, MSMBCACCNBS, etc. if 0 LOSES?

Actually, the US automatically revokes citizenship when a US citizen becomes a citizen of another country UNLESS it is specifically allowed for that country. Case in point: Ireland. A friend of mine has dual citizenship: she was born here but decided to open a business in Ireland and she has parents who were born in Ireland (with proof).
The reason the US revokes citizenship is that you can’t have dual allegiances.
If it’s a leftist judge, and it probably is, it will take him until AFTER the election to make a decision (we’ve seen this kind of “”justice”” before). And if Obama wins, the case will just magically ‘go away’.
