FOXNews is going to talk about “trouble brewing that involves voter fraud and ACORN in Ohio” right now (after the commercial break).
Everything connected to ACORNs is nuts. Did you know that squirrels FAKE-bury them? Seriously. They do so to MISLEAD other squirrels.
Obama's a squirrel misleading the public. And I think he's rabid.
There were rumors coming out of Chicago late last week via the Hillary Supporters sites about Fitzgerald filing a RICO case against ACORN, and possibly even naming Obama, Pelosi, Dean, & Reid. Don’t know if that was rumblings related to THIS possible Ohio indictment, or a different one! LOL
When Fitzpatrick calls for Obama to testify in hearings about possible RICO violations- THEN I’ll get excited.
They don’t get them all to vote. You see it works like this: the polls close and they start counting. They come up with an estimate of how much they are short by, then they “FIND” an extra box of Ballots (now not identified because they are out of their envelopes or what ever) that a few trusted people fill out. They are “Found” 12 hrs or what ever after the polls close, and then the dims start screaming about counting every vote, only the “Found” ones are all fradulent, but because of secret ballots, you can not tell that.
Thats how its done, thats how they did it in Washington State when Gergoire stole the election. 5 People went to prison for it, but Gregoire STILL got the office. Its so frikkin wrong. Mail in Voting is a FRAUD from start to finish.
I heard this as well about Chicago, Fitz had a case several years ago and now is reopening it, is what i have heard.

So far the only sources on any kind of RICO lawsuit against ACORN are Hillary forums, and the Ace of Spades blog, which you seem to be the proprietor of.
So color me skeptical on any info that is 50% source in a Hillary Clinton forum, and someone trying to pimp his blog on FR.

Is it possible to file a civil class action lawsuit against RICO and possibly anyone with money connected to them like Obama and Ayers? The tort? Maybe an attorney could help me here? Violations of my civil rights, theft of my vote, defrauding taxpayers.

I just voted absentee today. I had to complete a form that requested my SSN, DOB, gender, race, TX Driver's License number, address outside the U.S., address in the U.S. and then sign a sworn affidavit that all information was true and this person is actually myself.
This was a federal form to send in with all states' ballots.
If they make it this stringent in all cases, most of this stuff is pretty verifiable. I'm not sure how local absentee balloting works, though.

Well, the way this election is going, I figured I’d call BS so it would turn out to be true. Sorry to have offended anyone. My apologies.
RICO takes a long time. I don’t know if grand juries can occur quickly, however. Maybe it depends on how far along the FBI is to date.
