Bill Ayers Endorsed Radical Pro-Homosexual Education Book

You knew he is an unrepentant domestic terrorist who set bombs in the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon and several other government buildings.

You knew Ayers still hates capitalism and our efforts to protect South Vietnam from communist oppression.

And you knew that Barack Obama associated with him anyway.

What you may not have known is that Ayers is a radical supporter of the homosexual agenda.

WorldNetDaily features a piece by Linda Harvey on a book endorsed by Bill Ayers called "Queering Elementary Education: Advancing the Dialogue about Sexualities and Schooling" by William J. Letts IV and James T. Sears. The book calls for teaching adults and children to "think queerly," or in a manner positive toward homosexuality.

Ayers endorsement is featured on the back jacket of the book:

Queering Elementary Education is an important contribution to nourishing the ethical heart of teaching, reminding us how anemic and cold and partial our embrace of our students has too often been. For some readers this collection will be an affirmation, for others a surprise and challenge. But it is a book for all teachers and parents, indeed for anyone concerned with the healthy development of children and schools.

This is what the WND article says about the book:

"Queering" includes essays about the need to affirm "sissy boys" in middle school, re-educating parents who object to teaching grade-schoolers about homosexual-headed families, in spite of the fact that some critics are the "rabid and self-appointed moral police" and the benefit of classrooms that don't observe Mother's Day or Father's Day. Another author, discussing "queer theory," tells us that "presumed heterosexuality … is an artifact of oppression." Thus, we get down to some specifics about so-called social justice education.

Other authors illustrate the need to use songs about homosexuality in grade schools ("Mama, What's a Dyke?"), and the need to incorporate literature into the curriculum that affirms comfortable friendships between young boys and adult homosexual men.

One of the most revealing essays in "Queering Elementary Education" tells us about a young girl named Steph. Her mom writes the essay describing the benefits of 8-year-old Steph's world of "mobility and ambiguity." Steph "attends queer events with her parents' friends," and "her father is now primary caregiver supported by a network of multicultural and multisexual friends."

The book also talks about masturbation, and some even more sickening promotions:

Steph and her mother agree that, while watching a group of young girls, they are both attracted to the same 12-year-old. Steph has a teen girlfriend who regularly stays at their house for sleepovers who has confided she's a lesbian.

The agenda of this book is clear and straight forward--obliterate any sexual norms.

Children need to challenge any environment that is too "heteronormative, Anglocentric and phallocentric," according to Steph's mom, who sees that "'queerly raised' children are agents" using "strategies of adaptation, negotiation, resistance and subversion."

And this is the man Obama worked with on projects like the Annenberg Challenge and the Woods Fund. This is the man who held a meet-and-greet for Obama at his house to launch Obama's political career.

Obama is on record stating his intent to undermine marriage and repeal the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA)--a repeal which could be used to force the concept of homosexual "marriage" even on states where activist judges haven't already tried to do so on their own. And Obama's wife Michelle has promised Barack would, as president, advance the cause of homosexual adoption.

Given Obama's dedication to the demolition of marriage, family and sexual norms, perhaps Ayers' endorsement of this perverted book is not that surprising.

But it does provide new depth to the picture of the depth to which the United States could sink with Barack Obama in the White House.

Lord, please don't give us what it seems we deserve.

I wonder if there is any way to tie the early sex education bill that Obama voted for in Illinois to Bill Ayers. That would connect his policy views with Ayers—a matter that Obama has denied and no one has been able to prove.

I shudder to think of what sort of embraces Ayers has in mind for other people's children.

But Ayers is a respectable member of the Chicago educational establishment.

Just ask the leaders of the Illinois Democrat Party, and they will tell you this is all normal and healthy.

Why, the much-admired success of educational reform in Chicago is a model for the nation.

Good question. We DO know that Obama considers his views respectable and mainstream (not that HE would send his kids to Chicago schools).
