Krauthammer and the rest of the Fox News Allstars will be deeply saddened.

Did their weighting become more realistic? (Historical instead of a SWAG?)

McCain had a good night Wednesday. He just plain did. This is a dead-heat.

Yes, I mentioned in my first response the poll was posted earlier. The news is that Matt has gone flaming red with it as breaking. THAT is big. His site sets the narrative. The post 4 hours ago has been pushed down the list and is not even in the top news story boxes on the right anymore.

I hope it is the start of a continuing trend.

Recently, every time it looks like McCain is making a move, the next round of polls show Obambi coasting back into a comfortable lead.

Lets hope Americans are finally waking up and are not ready to put an inexperienced Socialist into office in these very troubling times.

We need to win big. It will be hell if we win by a small margin.

This is an angry mob that supports Barack Obama.

A big win my McCain is entirely possible.

That this is there in that form is news IMHO.

This that you say is that that confuses me.

Oh wow, so I guess FOX News will have to keep quoting and referencing the CBS/NYTimes poll.

How could ANYONE in their right mind say that this election is over.....with these poll numbers just under 3 weeks out???

Given how polls narrow in nearly all pres. elections the last month, this race is anything but over.

McCain can.

Well, well, well. I might just watch the MSM tonight to see if they ignore this or try to spin it. My guess is they’ll choose to do the former.

I dont think this is false. Scott Rasmussen has it O 50 M 46

IBD-TIPP has it O 45% M 42%

Zogby has it O 49 M 44

The race is clearly tightening.

It’s no falsy.

Gallup is starting to show their old tried and true method of polling. The last two times Gallup showed their LV polling like this and before they started to make this method public again, McCain was ahead by 4% (49% to 45%) on their July 28th poll, and Mccain led by 10+% over Obama on their Sept 11th poll.

Gallup will take this away next week in order to severely depress any republican who believes these polls.....and even knowing that, there will still be wailing and gnashing of teeth here on FR when Gallup does just that. This pollsterbation is pathetic.
