I believe now that Bill Ayers was part of a group who were SERIOUSLY discussing the “reEducation” of Millions of Americans, and if they refused to relinquish Capitalism, the ELIMINATION of those people. I have no reason to believe that he did NOT pass his beliefs to his protege Barak Obama. Obama is using Ayers Tactics and has been for years.

Penny Pritzker is also vice chair of the Chicago Public Education Fund, the successor organization to the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. According to this PDF file, pg 5, Chicago Annenburg Challenge,

Pritzker's family foundation provided $100,000 in matching funds to the Chicago Annenburg Challenge before it closed shop.

From what I'm gathering, the Chicago Annenburg Challenge was conceived by Bill Ayers in late 1993. Ayers formed a group, Chicago School Reform Collaberative, to prepare and submit the grant application. The national Annenburg Challenge awarded a $49 Million grant to the "Collaborative" and the Chicago Annenburg Challenge was formed. Bill Ayers cochaired the "Collaborative".

The Collaborative incorporated the Chicago Annenburg Challenge(CAC) in spring of 1995 and was housed at the University of Chicago, rent-free. Barack Obama was recruited as the first Chairman of the Board and President of the CAC and held that position until 1999. Obama remained a member of the board until CAC was dissolved in 2002.

Among the first recipients of a CAC grant of $175,000 (and later hundreds of thousands more) was the SSW, Small Schools Workshop which was founded by Bill Ayers in 1992 and directed by Michael Kronsky. It was also housed in the same building as the CAC.

This is just a piece of OBama/Ayers connection probably. If I boil it down to something I understand, it goes like this:

Bill Ayers comes up with the idea of the Chicago Annenburg Challenge. He helps propose the grant, gets the funding going, and voila, Obama becomes the first Chairman of the Board and President of Ayer's brain child. Ayers is just a "guy in his neighborhood"? Right. After Obama becomes the Chairman, voila again! Ayers receives funding from the CAC through his Small Schools Workshop program. By the way, they're all in the same building (er, neighborhood, I mean). What a cozy relationship.

Don’t know if it means anything, but here’s some info about the building. It seems it was owned by the University of Illinois.
