It's not slavery. The government does not own us; just what we earn. That's called "socialism". The difference is important: slaves had no power to change their condition. We do.

As reprehensible as slavery was, people that were slaves were considered assets by slaveowners. In Marxism, people are considered liabilities— an expense against the “people’s” treasury.
I’d imagine most slaveholders wouldn’t consider the killing a slave because it would be costly. However, mass extermination of people makes sense under a Marxist regime because that would mean fewer mouths to feed.
Compare and contrast apartheid Rhodesia to the People's Paradise of Zimbabwe. I'm sure you'll be able to find lots of blacks who preferred things the old way -- at least they had more to eat and were less likely to be murdered and raped.
Well, we do now. At least for two weeks or so.
If Obama gets in, the Fairness Doctrine will be implemented, Union votes will no longer have a secret ballot, Gun Control and Confiscation will be implemented, Hate Crime Legislation will be expanded to include criticism of the POTUS Obama and his cronies (see Joe the Plumber), the Mainstream Media domination of pubic opinion will be expanded, Internet Blogs not conforming to the Liberal Agenda will be banned and the Supreme Court will be seeded with Leftist Judiciary that will turn the Constitution from an enduring Proclamation of Freedom and Liberty into a useless old piece of Parchment.
Other than that, things will be great.

What I find the most sad is that someone who has had ties to radical Marxists like Ayers and Wright can even hold a candle to someone who fought and was tortured for our country.
I believe it’s because we have forgotten that Communism and its little brother Socialism is responsible for more misery and death than any other human invention.
If Obama doesn’t win, we will have another one, or at the very least, we will have a socialist population rendering anything conservative ideas null. I don’t see how this country can resist the growing influence of socialism in our media and our universities.

Very good video that gets to the heart of Obama’s tax policy. He would rather lose revenues for the government to instead punish the successful in life... to allow government to distribute the income to the “less fortunate”.
