A thread last night on the subject indicated something about "Rule 36" that says the respondent "admits" to charges that have not been answered in a timely fashion. Under that rule, Berg has Obama admitting to being born in Kenya and a citizen of Indonesia among other items. Obama is hoping his flashy campaign will divert attention from the issue. The campaign is over Nov 4th. Thus far, he hasn't produced his birth certificate to answer the charges.

When I took early retirement from my company (I’m still working however since I’m only 60...Thank God I still have work) I had to produce an original of my Birth Certificate and my wife’s birth certificate. Scanned or Faxed copies were not acceptable. Seems like the requirement for proof of birth is a little more lax for Presidential requirements. But I suspect if he can’t produce the original, the DEMS will come back and say it’s a side issue and detracts from the economy issue. Sheesh!

The low-resolution scan available on the Obama campaign Web site appears to have neither of those. The ink from a date stamp, "June 6, 2007," is visible clearly, but it appears that the document does not have a seal or signature. The campaign only scanned the front of the document.

Without the seal and signature, the document on the Obama Web site lacks legal weight, and does not count as representing the official birth record of Mr. Obama.

Question: When I got my first passport, I had to show several forms of documentation which included an original (raised stamped) copy of my birth certificate which proved I was born in the US. For US Citizens born outside the US with either one or both parents being US citizens, there are other procedures which are spelled out on the State Dept's passport page.

Obama obviously has a US passport. Is there a way to find out which forms of documentation 'The One" used to obtain his US passport?

Yep, the AP does another hit piece on Palin for taking her kids along with her on trips. But no investigation into Obama or Biden. How about at least mentioning Obama didn’t pay his parking tickets for 20 years?

It will be great when AP and the NY Times goes out of business. NBC is cutting a half billion from their budget. After this election is over, the media is going to crash and burn. It’s free market at work. If you don’t provide a product the public wants, you go out of business. When the MSM is so biased, they are cutting 50% of their potential customers right up front.
