The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship – and therefore qualification to run for president – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
The issue of Obama's birthplace, which he states is Honolulu in 1961, has been raised enough times that his campaign website has posted an image purporting to be of his "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii.
But Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document is forged and that he has a tape recording he will soon release.
"This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months," Berg told Savage. "I'll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States."
He said the telephone call was from Obama's paternal grandmother affirming she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

Obama campaign officials acknowledged the dispute by posting the image purporting to be a copy of his certification of live birth earlier this year. But they've declined to return WND requests for comment...
WND reported earlier this week Berg's claim that Obama has legally "admitted" the accusations included in his lawsuit, including that he was born in Mombosa, Kenya, by not responding to the allegations.
Berg has cited Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which states that unless the accused party provides written answer or objection to charges within 30 days, the accused legally admits the matter.

I never meant to imply that the Birth Certificate would be the end of it for Berg.
Only that it would end the discussion as to whether Obama was a “natural born” citizen at birth. No way would a birth certificate end ALL the controversy.
There is still the issue of whether or not he LOST an possible citizenship by taking up another nationality at a time when dual citizenship was not recognized by either country.
Nothing in any of my prior posts has taken up this issue.
He himself has stated that certificate is a fraud and forgery multiple times, and his lawsuit explicitly references said document as a fraud.

Good work, everyone, in pursuing and digging up this story. Will the MSM now be carving B’s on everyone’s faces who brings up this factoid? They sure as heck won’t cover the story.
But what if he is eligible and is just refusing to produce it? Is that any better?
This type of stubborness is not what the US needs to bring to a negotiation table with other countries when we have disputes.
His arrogance is a dangerous warning signal to us all.

I just went through and looked at the Birth Certificates for my family, husband born 1958, me 1963, kids, 1990, 1991 and 1996. Four different states, all have way more information that what I saw on the FactCheck.org birth certificate. All or ours have the signature of the certifier, the person who delivered the child, mothers maiden name, fathers place of birth, and the registrars signature. So much missing information, I understand all states are different but do they vary THAT much?
I found this birth certificate from someone born in Hawaii in 1963, looks a lot like mine, from NY in 1963.
Biden becomes president. He appoints Hillary as VP. Biden mysteriously dies. Hillary inherits the presidency. That wasn’t too hard to figure out.
I wouldn’t put ANYTHING past this total left-wing scumbag.
