Sorry to throw this your way, papsmurf, but that is a really old news link. That was from Oct. 22, about a week ago.
That is OK. That site does not always mark their breaking news with a date really well sometimes.
I would also suspect that FOX News would need to deny any tapes way back at that time since they probably could not speak before any negotiations were made. I think it was only today that FOX was named publicly as the media network that would handle this story.
