NEWS Flash!!: Obama’s campaign manager offers 3 million dollars to API in connection with Michelle Obama tape to be aired by Fox News Network

Six hours after the release of information by API on the planned broadcast by Fox News Network of the Michelle Obama tape, in accordance with an agreement that has been reached between API and Fox News Network, API was contacted by Obama’s Campaign Manager.
Those who are close to the democratic presidential candidate must be desperate to win the elections no matter what, otherwise they would not have taken such bold step to contact API with an offer of a bribe in order to stop the airing of the tape.
Obama’s campaign manager contacted API by telephone and email offering 3 million US dollars followed with a request to API to cancel the deal with Fox News Network.
Ten days ago API received the first request to accept 2 million US dollars by Mr Ed Hale, President of Plains Radio, Texas - USA, in an effort to suppress the information from reaching the public before the coming US Presidential elections.
API has now taken a decision to contact the American Embassy in Oslo, Norway as soon as possible in order to report the matter and hand over the evidence for investigative purposes.
The Chief editor is expected to travel to New York where he will appear on an interview in one of the shows that will air the tape.
Personally, I think they may now have crossed the legal liability line of fraud.

That is OK. That site does not always mark their breaking news with a date really well sometimes.
I would also suspect that FOX News would need to deny any tapes way back at that time since they probably could not speak before any negotiations were made. I think it was only today that FOX was named publicly as the media network that would handle this story.
You don’t understand the problem. If BO was adopted by Suetoro legally, BO even as a child gave up his American Citizenship because the Indonesian law at that time did not allow for dual citizenship.
This is why it has been posted that BO traveled to Pakistan in 1981 on an Indonesian passport. BTW, it was illegal in 1981 for US citizens to even GO to Pakistan, so that makes BO’s trip even more bizarre.
Renouncing, even in childhood, US citizenship, makes you ineligible for POTUS.
His birth in Hawaii, though is also in some dispute. If he was born in Kenya with a US citizen mom, that would make him a US citizen normally BUT the law at that time said you had to be a US citizen for ten years, five of which were after you were 14, to give your children citizenship. BO’s mother was only 18 when he was born. So if he was born in Kenya, he strikes out again as POTUS.
The fact BO has not been forthright in all this, sneaky Hawaii trip without family to see dying grandma, etc., is the REAL concern that something is amiss. Why didn’t he just do what McCain did? Hand over the bc? Why is it sealed? Why are his college records sealed? Where are the documents that establish WHO THIS GUY REALLY IS?

At most, even if the tape exists, and the bribery attempt exists, nothing is actually proved by MO saying Barry was adopted, is it? She’s just his wife, not an authority of any kind.

Under Indonesian law, as I understand it, there is no dual citizenship at that time. In order to go to school and his stepfather was military btw, you had to be a citizen.
A genuine Hawaiian birth certificate would clear things up. But even that is in dispute. His mother’s age would have prevented him from being a US citizen if he was born in Kenya.

You know, I wasn’t sure at first whether to believe this story or not, but what you said has just shown me I should really be taking more stock in this, as wild as it may seem.
To go this far, and to do it so publicly without ANY mention of fraud or liable coming from the FBI, CIA, the FOX News Network, Philip Berg’s office, nor any media company or government entity is VERY telling indeed.
We keep hearing this stuff right here on FR and on their site and yet NO ONE with any right or responsibility by law has come forth with accusations or allegations of fraud or liable. With that thought in hand... it’s beginning to sound to me like this just may be a legitimate story after all!

You don’t offer up 3 million dollars to break a contract unless you have some concern as to whats on the tapes. Considering that the Obama camp denies any call took place?
Korir as stood by his story and hasn’t backed down at all. He has just told what he knows. He could have taken the money and disappeared. God knows most people think its a HOAX...It wouldn’t be too hard to just let it become reality now wouldn’t it? and be WELL off to boot.

I would think it would have to be a very respectable and strong man to be someone Michele Obama would speak to in such length. For him to be feeling the way he does now (seeing what was posted a little earlier in this thread) would indicate a bad situation.
I hope he has someone protecting him by this time.

Probably a crazy thought so please be kind if I’m off base. Today I saw an article about Axelrod saying he had a fear of a McCain comeback, and it was reported from Rome Italy. I checked the distance between Norway and Italy and its about 1200 miles. I may just be adding to a crazy conspiracy theory but why was Axelrod in Rome at the exact time this comes out. Was he planning on making an exchange of cash for tape or what? It just clicked in my head when I saw this that it seemed really odd, and when I saw that article listed as Rome Italy I thought that was odd too.

I can go with you on that somewhat. Just MO saying something about his adoption could... COULD be argued that the fact of his actual birth situation was not proven right with that statement.
At the same time, this tape is reported to be more than 50 minutes long and to include some information concerning specific details about Obama’s plans for foreign affairs which the API editor now knows because she shared those with him, some of those details provided in his written release of that portion of the tape. This additional published part of the tape (words only in print) gives specific places, names, hotels, etc. which could be very well identified, verified, and used as collaboration for other things.
I think we would need to hear the entire tape to determine what can be assessed of its worth.
Actually, I read that some of it (about 15 minutes of the 54 minute tape) will be removed from the public’s knowledge for national security reasons, so there MUST be some pretty specific things on the tape other than just Michele Obama talking about her own knowledge (or BELIEF) of his birth. Based on what I read on that already-released part of the tape (words in print), she also shared foreign and national security affairs with him — things I personally think she should not have known about let alone share with a man from another country... or anyone else for that matter!

Did you say the tapes were going on tomorrow? I thought the brief said the exact date and time were not being disclosed until MOMENTS in advance so as to keep attorneys and other interested parties from blocking its presentation. I would love to see this tomorrow. Oh WOULD I love to see this tomorrow. This stuff has gone on forever it seems! However, if the brief says FOX will not disclose the time exactly until just moments before they run the tape, then we don’t have a specific time yet from The Fox News Network.
