OK, but I want to see him win both. ;-)
“It could easily go either way.”
Then we agree.
Bush lost PA by quite a bit while winning VA by quite a bit in 2004.
It’s hard to imagine VA going for Obama given the VA military tradition and other things - I just have to think the polls are off. And I have to ask if that’s real or just my hope talking to me. So I’ll just wait, do what I can to make a difference.
Here’s how EVERYONE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. TOMORROW GO TO YOUR VOTING LOCATION. WAVE A SIGN FOR MCCAIN. REMIND PEOPLE GOING IN OF THIS:

“Maybe Ive written off VA and CO prematurely?”
YES. Especially VA.
We shall see.
“Well Obama has invested heavily in getting the early vote out. He should in fact have a substantial lead based on that investment.”
The other thing he needed was high young voter turnout.
It was not happening in the EV tallies that I saw.
What I DID hear (anecdote) on my GOTV call was a dear old 82-year-old woman so scared of Obama she bought McCain-Palin signs for her whole street and was determined to vote on election day.
I think other than african-american turnout, I dont see a Dem advantage wrt turnout.
We shall see.
