I was thinking about this earlier this evening. Our Faithful Four should be in good shape for the next four years. If Stevens or Ginsburg retires, the SC remains in a holding pattern.

YES! This is EXACTLY what I’ve been saying to my friends at church should BHO win. Pray that these justices can last four years. Pray that they be in good health and well being.

Amen!

Heck, yeah. But why do you leave out Stevens and Ginsberg and Souter? I hope they all live four more years and are too self-centered to retire.

Prayers for them all and hope that they will stand in the way of radical measures coming out of the White House and Congress in the year to come.

These are the most important men to the republic maybe since its inception.

And while were talking about SCJ, I wonder how many months it will take before the Dems remove the filibuster from the Senate. My guess is that it doesn’t last 6 months.

Increase the amount of protection for them as well. I’m serious.

Screw that.

Pray for Obama's health.

Do you want Joe "Walking Gaffe" Biden with his mouth on the trigger?

Pray for Biden's health, too.

Do you want Nancy Pelosi with her finger on the trigger?

She'd probably nuke Utah /sarc>

NO cheers, unfortunately.

Full Disclosure: It's pronounced "SCROTUMS" -- Supreme Court, Rulers of The United Metrosexual States.
