I was thinking about this earlier this evening. Our Faithful Four should be in good shape for the next four years. If Stevens or Ginsburg retires, the SC remains in a holding pattern.
... and for the Rs in the Senate to successfully throw up a wall to any SCOTUS nominee that comes from the ACLU wing of Amerika.

And while were talking about SCJ, I wonder how many months it will take before the Dems remove the filibuster from the Senate. My guess is that it doesn’t last 6 months.
