Forget about "I told you so's", or all other prognostications or writings previously expressed on this forum. What matters now is the fact that we have risen from our beds to this real and prolonged nightmare.
Looking closely at who and what Obama is, the only thing I can relate this to in regards to "reasons", is that Obama MAY be the ANTICHRIST.
Look at the similarities in this scenario to that of the Biblical description of the Anti-Christ. The stage seems to have been set and the World situation is prime for this to be set in motion.
I invite observations from other FReepers in what similarites they might see, in much the same way I do.
Any astute reasons for why I might be wrong wrong?
I think Obama will turn out to be a puppet of the Anti-Christ. What explains the collusion of all that is evil in this country and the world in putting this man in power.
Can’t be, but I do believe he will be an enabler. The anti-Christ has to be of northern European (Aryan) ancestry. Either a descendent of Magog, Meshech or Tubal all descendents of Japheth. But most likely Magog.
That’s a good point. I doubt the Antichrist will start his speeches with “Uh, I’d like to, uh, uh, congradulate Senator McCain on uh, uh, uh, a well run campaign , uh, uh, uh.”

You are correct, this discussion was intended to lead to in depth truth and knowlege from people like yourself.

The Founders, whether by design or otherwise,created a country in a constant state of debate to define it.
That debate continues.
The bad guy of 666 fame was the emperor Nero of the historic (not resurrected) Roman Empire. A lot of the puzzling things in the New Testament were written in code for persecuted Roman Christians. The Bible also says there will be many anti-Christs - we have seen everything from false preachers to Hitler. I doubt if Obama is quite at that level - he is likely to combine the worst of Jimmy Carter and L.B.J., which is bad enough.
Unfortunately, with the media on their side, great swaths of the American public will not be told about his failures, or they will be blamed on someone else.
Who knows. We need more information We have to look at this from Israel’s viewpoint. Watch for the signing of a treaty with Israel, and mark your calendars for 3 1/2 years after that.
If Obama, or his image, is set up on the Temple Mount as “god”, then he’s the one.
LOL! The Left Behind series presents a false eschatology. People would do better to study church history and read what the early Church Fathers had to say, rather than reading pulp fiction and reading contemporary villains into the Bible. There have been, and will be many anti-Christs, that is true.
There is no one left to blame. It’s all on them now.
I suggest ignoring whatever he does and letting go of the obsession.
Most of the American public pays very little attention to things unless something big or fun happens. They won’t have a clue what’s going on, except for what the MSM lets them in on. And in the end, everything good will be given to him and everything bad will be blamed on Bush. Mark my words.
