What we cannot ignore is 7 million more Americans voted for him than our guy.

And if 7 million more than not voted for slavery, that would be OK in your book too?

You do realize that if successfully challenged, we will have President Joe ‘Rhetorical Flourishes’ Biden?

Be very careful what you wish for...

And after Biden, you get Nancy Pelousy. Be VERY careful what you wish for!

“It would seem to me that the first bill Pres. 0 signs could give us standing. Simply do not pay the tax increase, and when you are hauled into court, get your lawyer to challenge the law on the basis that the President who signed it was not legitimate.”

This sounds like a great idea. Maybe we all can ignore any legislation that he signs since he is not really president. Keep this idea alive.

I'm sorry. I don't remember who the electors are. I've read so much in the last 2 weeks.

I did find this.

Vice presidential Candidate filing lawsuit against Obama

In another unrelated action, though also aimed at forcing Obama to release proof or step down, 24 potential Electoral College electors are filing action Monday morning in court also demanding proof

No, you wouldn’t get pelosi if biden moves up one notch. biden can appoint a new vp just as nixon did. Only if both obama and biden are removed from office by whatever means, would the house speaker move into the presidential slot.

One thing for sure is that we would be in uncharted water.

This is not pettiness, but actually a significant Constitutional provision.

Why did the founding fathers require that a President, the highest official in the land, be naturally born here?

It is because these shrewd individuals realized that there is a higher tendency for someone who was born here to have a higher sense of duty and patriotism toward our country. Always true? No, but it is far more than just a symbol or as you say it “petty”.

Funny how libs are quick to throw a lawsuit at the GOP (seems right before an election to cause them to possibly lose) for sometimes the most ridiculous things but it is us who are petty when we talk about doing the same thing, except this is REALLY important.

If you disregard the Constitution in this case, why not do it in all cases?

I would focus on passing a law which makes it a requirement for the original birth certificate to be rendered when running for President. As it currently stands, who vouches that the candidate is eligible to run for the Presidency?

But after last night’s drubbing I am more concerned about how/why we lost the American people.

Agreed. We go from where we stand. It's time to get back to work.

Task 1-Defeat McCaskill in MO in '10

Task 2-Fire the entire RNC

Task 3-Chins Up!

Obama is not legitimate. Historic and unprecedented vote fraud committed by Democrats does not a legitimate president make. Fraudulent coup.

Think the last 16 years we have been in unchartered waters. So what’s new?

That's not the point: I have some serious questions;

1. Who is this man? He did not just stand up in the senate and decide to run for president.

2. Who is behind this man? Why the meteoric rise? Who is pulling the strings?

3. Where did his money come from?

4. Why is his birth certificate so secret? I have no problem showing mine. What is he hiding?

5. ACORN: His campaign gave them 800,000 dollars for stageing? Please.

6. Why wont they release their donor list?

7. Why is his background so sketchy?

We cant just forget about these questions. Something is just not right here. I can accept Biden, Kerry, or heck even Reid as my president because they are pretty much an open book.

As long as organizations like ACORN is allowed to operate there will not be another Republican in the white house.

Not true. As per the U.S. Constitution, the electoral college must choose the President among those running as President.

Joe Biden was runnign as Vice-President, so is ineligible to be selected as President.

In other words they could choose McCain as President if Obama is disqualified.

Actually I’m talking constitutionally, since no Pres. elect has ever been deemed ineligible.

A suttle add on to my above post. That would make it a McCain/Biden ticket.
