Excellent. Thanks for providing the documentation.

Kathleen Parker was mentioned on your link as well. It shouldn't be forgotten that she was a Mitten.

These people are a cancer. Romney needs to be booed soundly at CPAC this year.

Hey, I live in California. My state Republican Party is an even bigger joke than yours.

Point well taken, but you need to know just how stupid and inept the IL GOP is. They pretty much ran off Peter Fitzgerald, who would have been up for Senate reelection in 2004, and was actually very popular here. The resulting vacumn paved the way for you-know-who to be elected to the Senate in 04.

As Paul Harvey would say, now you know the rest of the story.

Friendly little word of warning to any/all RINOs out there reading this, and thinking about standing in the way between this woman and the conservative base that adores her, anytime during the next four years:

You're expendable to us. SHE isn't.

Awesome post.

Go Sarah!

Afronaut; Please add me to the list.

America does not need a "Hockey Mom"as their president. The world has gone mad, both left and right.

I guess Sarah wasn’t elitist enough for them. They failed to recognize her down-to-earth character that made her so attractive to the Conservative base. She’s one of us, not them, and they hated her for it. They’re no better than the liberal media and Democrats who did nothing but trash this poor woman.

I know what you meant, I was being sarcastic.

It seems like once any of these guys gets to DC they forget where they came from and who put them there. It is depressing.

Answering to constituents seems to be incidental to them.

The only thing that revived the McCain campaign was Sarah.

If memory serves me right, McCain actually took the lead in a few polls after choosing Palen. It was the failing economy that put Obama back into a solid lead. The failure of the economy started accelerating soon after Schumer kicked off the bank runs with his letter.

Steve Schmidt

Don't just throw things out there unless you can document it. If Schmidt is going to get added to the list, there needs to be proof that he's bashing Palin.

Here’s an e-mail contact form where we can tell John McCain to lay off and stop badmouthing Sarah Palin:

http://mccain.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?

Thanks, just sent them a piece of my mind, also just sent a letter of support and appreciation to Gov. Palin here:

I am proposing a boycott of FOX by everyone on FreeRepublic for one entire week beginning this evening. Let’s show them in their viewer rating what conservatives mean to their viability. Will you join me?

I don’t know. PA is a strange state. Spector has some health problems and so his status in 2010 is iffy. Only guy I think could take him out in Primary and beat Matthews is Ridge.

“Don’t give up on California. I strongly believe that, there is a slight chance to win california than any other big state.”

_______

I was actually thinking Tuesday night that we need a conservative that can carry California. That would completely destroy the democratic power base. Combine 55 electoral votes with the suspected 2010 (census) increase in traditionally red states and we could lock up the electorate. The 62 million dollar/vote question is who? How popular is Hunter really out there? Any ideas?

I bet Chris “tingly legs” Matthews secretly covets Michael Obamas election eve dress for himself.

His pathetic staff of losers throw Palin under the "Straight-talk Express" & McCain has decide to hit his eject button. His silence is deafening.

Gaius Julius Caesar Octavianus, AKA Augustus was a leftist.

After taking power following the civil war against other members of his own Populares party - Marcus Antonius, Marcus J. Brutus et al, he purged (proscribed) members of the conservative Optimates party.

Under Augustus and his successors traditional Roman values of good citizenship, morality and self determination were driven down. The Roman lower classes was kept passive with the grain dole (bread) and entertainment events at state supported venues (circuses) - or to put in more modern terms, food stamps and the NBA.

Taxes on the provinces were raised under the Empire and as individual initiative dried up and the economy shrank for lack of capital, large urban public works projects were used to provide work for people. The Roman Empire devolved to the point where it consisted of parasitic urban centers being supported by coercive taxation of the rural provinces.

The Roman Empire, at least under the Julio Claudians and the the Flavians, was a very left wing institution. The amazing thing is, it lasted over 400 years.

What if Sarah Palin really did not know that South Africa was not a continent but a country, or which countries were in NAFTA? Other things being equal, an ill-informed candidate is more likely to lose, because the public will judge him or her to be less intelligent and qualfied. I want us to win in 2012.
