I agree that the immigration policy and its results amounts to an attack. But I am talking about Islamic terror specifically which everyone expected more of...and the Bush policies have prempted and prevented that.

I feel embarrassed that NC went for Obama. It’s a shame my state has sold its values for hype.

I agree. Though I intitially put them out there as sort of a fluke...I can't tell you how many people, and even some GOP offices ordered
my bumper stickers because I could get them to them in a few days.
It's sad that the national campaign was not more responsive in terms of material.

Not only did those counties gain moe voters within themselves...but in many cases they were able to make inroads in surrounding, suburban counties.

I know. Michigan has proven that even when things go totally downhill and businesses leave left and right due to tax hikes and and unfriendly atmosphere for business, people still don’t see the connection. They just want more government programs. Just the immediate results of Marxism won’t make the difference for 2010 or 2012. It would have to be a major terrorist attack or a similar drastic event. At this point, I’m going back to the self-reliance skills I learned when I was an aspiring hippie in my twenties.

Virginia, Florida and Iowa were always a little soft.
But Indiana and North Carolina?
And while my Electoral College projections had Obama winning, I never would have thunk that Obama would win NC and IN.

On the down side, this is the first time I've ever seen San Diego county on the 'Rat side. I grew up in San Diego county (Chula Vista). The area from I-8 south has morphed to predominately hispanic and black neighborhoods. Perhaps as far north as state route 52. It is nothing like the area I called home in the 60's and 70's. It was apparent to me by 1999 that I had become demographically irrelevant. I'm happy with my new home in Idaho. Hopefully I'll be room temperature before the neighborhood turns bad again. Mira Mesa (north San Diego) was overcome between the time I moved there in 1983 and the time I moved out in Feb 2001. Drugs, gangs, graffiti and drive by shootings were becoming common. It was time to relocate.

Just look along the Mexican border and tell me all those were eligible legal voters.I've personally observed CA DMV workers coaching a Spanish speaker through a written driver's test. Combine that with the recently enacted Motor Voter law and you had a situation ripe for stuffing the ballot box with illegal voters. The office might as well have been staffed by La Raza.

Far too many people bought a lie...despite the evidence right before their very eyes. The school system has been so dumbed down that it was easy to dupe the ignorant.

The 'Rats have exploited that fear and come up with a message that appeals to people in that position. We had better come up with one of our own, and it better not be the "losing-your-job-to-offshoring-is-good-for-you" crap. Domestic Energy! It's the hanging slider ready to be whacked out of the park. It's also the only way to create massive amounts of jobs in a relatively short time.
It means drilling, mining, good-old-fashioned geological exploration, and improvements in cleaner gas / coal / nuclear technologies (not the global-warming nonsense that's sucking so much promising young scientific talent away from where it would do the most good, i.e. real, non-politicized science).
Then and only then, when a strong continuous energy base has been created to hold up the economy, we might pursue the exotic stuff like solar, hydrogen fuel cells, and fart-turbines powered by the Obambi-trons' "righteous wind at our backs" [/rant; that felt good].

THE BIG CLAIM WAS THAT THIS WAS GOING TO BE THE LARGEST TURNOUT IN HISTORY. DID NOT HAPPEN. I believe Rush said today that less turned out for this election than 2004. So, it was no MANDATE for the half and half prez (he ain't black, he is half and half). The Hispanic vote badly hurt and I do not see the Republicans getting that. They will never have the hands out crowd either (blacks and white trash). O-scum-a got like some huge amount of UNmarried chicks 45 and younger. Racist white men voted republican. The thug union guys went O-scum-a. Now, when they pass the new thug union intimidation act, that allows the union thugs to make you vote openly and not being able to have a secret ballot, they will unionize even Wal Mart. I suspect a lot of jobs to be lost as small business closes. The dims will bail out the auto industry to save those union jobs, thus hang on too that. I would not be surprised too see the Dims try to do away with the two term limits in the office so the Commissar can be president for life, like Chavez and Saddam and the little gargoyle are/were. Basically, unless we get hit with massive terrorists attacks and O-scum-a flubs that badly, he will get a second term. The dims are going to pass lots of election law stuff to make it much easier too cheat. REMEMBER, the Daily's have run Chicago since like the civil war, and O-scum-a will do the same.
On the lighter side, I just hit the gun shop and bought a tidy $150 in new ammo. My gun shop is a very large shop here in Alabama, and the parking lot WAS FULL. People were buying rifles, AR15s, pistols and ammo out the ying yang. The gun shop owner told me that ammo has been flying out the door and they were very short or out of lots of different types. I got the last AR15 ammo he had. We are off too the range again tomorrow. He said business was good before the election because the chosen one was looked too be the winner and since yesterday business has been brisk. He had sold nearly $5,000 worth of ammo yesterday afternoon and did not know how much today yet.

I would interested in knowing the estimate on the fraudulent vote count. Not saying it would make a difference in the outcome at all but I believe in battleground states it was enormous.
