Thank you, FRiend!
Dude, that was terrific!
Can I re-post or link to in my blog? Do you want a real byline or your FR name?
I agree. I think many more people wanted to vote for the first black candidate who could get elected, rather than voting for this particular candidate to govern over them for four years. Now that the act of voting has dissappeared, we have four years of a socialist in power that not a whole lot of people really thought much about.
... the stock market, you know.
so for four years are we gonna hear hope and change?
hmmmm!!! I don’t like to read ‘vanity’s’ ——
but I decided to read this and if you said something interesting, important or worthwhile I would suggest you take your thoughts to an appropriate article. (ya, I know what you’re are thinking - I should get a life - all that went thru my mind as I read the teaser).
But, hey!! you stand alone, girl! you said it right!
I can not think of one ‘pundit’ who could or would voice what you have said!
Thank you!!!!
Thanks! Go right ahead! FReeper name is fine. I am but a voice in the wilderness! :-)
No, thank YOU!
It’s crazy. Yesterday ( Wednesday,) they were mentioning uncertainty about Obama, then Thursday, it was “deepening troubles” or something.
Then tonight on CNBC they had a shout-off between Dick Armey and some guy from the “Brookings Institution”. Well, Armey was partisan enough, I suppose, but this Brookings guy was nothing but a ‘bot. “It’s Bush’s policies ...” etc. What? What?
Hahahaha!! Bumping!
Thank you for bringing this up. Yes, I noticed this. And he's a brilliant well-spoken man. Not a flicker of interest, though.
Actually, in many ways this country IS racist. Many people voted for Hussein solely because he is (half) black. That is racist.
Hussein - the first affirmative action president.
It will be the greatest speech of all time, because it will consist of one word... "Suckers !"
You have such a (good) way with words... well said!
BTW, anyone know where the “change tagline” went? I can’t find it anymore :p
“The MSM just spent a year or two campaigning for Obama and now it is over.”
I never doubted for a minute that they were all campaigning for BO, but going the extra mile in those efforts, Chrissy Matthews has now stepped up to the plate to announce that it’s his job to make sure BO is successful. What a goon.
And their 2012 campaign has officially begun, starting with the trashing of Sarah Palin - brought to us courtesy of good old fair and balanced FOX.
Ahh, very good observation, Lilpug. But I have a feeling that the swelled heads in the MSM will ignore the reverse racism of the AA voters when doing their reporting on Dear Leader. Just like they ignored all of Dear Leader’s radical terrorist and radical racist mentors during the campaign.
When Jackie Robinson broke the color line in baseball, he was an amazing player, fast, fluid, quick in the field, line drives off his bat. He battled through bitter opposition standing tall and taking on all challenges.
Barack Obama is not really someone special. He has never really accomplished anything. People willingly put up over $600 million to get him elected. The media led the parade for him like a jazz band marching down Bourbon Street. There was no Bradley effect. There were no racial overtones other than those introduced by Obama and his staff. He was up against a weak opponent with the deck stacked in his favor.
Yes Barack Obama showed that a black man can become president. It's because the US is not a racist nation anymore, not because he is a great man. So, it's over and what are you left with? You are left with a man who says a lot of nothing while doing a lot of nothing but looks good while doing it. Sure the hype will resurface now and then between now and inauguration day, but by January 31, it will just be a Marxist with stupid ideas trying to guide a nation through hard economic times. The stupid ideas will quickly become more of an issue than the color of his skin.
