Today President Bush and Laura Bush went to New York City.

The President addressed the General Assembly of the United Nations. The topic was Interfaith Dialogue.
President Bush Attends United Nations High-Level Debate on Interfaith Dialogue

The President addressed the Manhatten Institute at Federal Hall National Memorial. The topic was the economy.
President Bush Discusses Financial Markets and World Economy

Vice President Dick Cheney (and Mrs. Cheney) welcomed his successor, vice president-elect Joseph Biden (and Mrs. Biden) to his official residence this evening.

I will miss President Bush and thank him for keeping us safe the past seven years. God help us from Obama.

Doesn't appear that his speech at the UN was well attended looking at the empty seats. Their loss IMHO!

Would love to have been a fly on the wall listening to Biden spin the horrible things he recently said about Cheney.

I apologize for posting and running. It was my dinner time and after I prepared dinner, ate dinner and cleaned up the kitchen I got a phone call so never got back here till now and it is late and everyone is gone!!!
