Impaired illegal-immigrant driver triggered a crash Saturday at 6:30 am. He killed a 16-year-old girl and injured her 17-year-old brother. The students were on their way to a school band event. The illegal immigrant driving a truck turned left in front of the students sedan.
Perps name is Manuel Contreras-Galdean age 32. He is in Maricopa Count Jail on a charge of manslaughter and aggravated assault. He has an immigrantion (ICE) hold on him.
The girl ha massive head injuries and damage to her legs from the crash and died in the operating room.
Why the hell wasn’t he deported/jailed after the DUI in Tempe?
Why is our govt. letting it’s citizens be murdered?
I agree. The victims families need to start filing lawsuits like the family in San Fransicko are doing.
It should be sent to all of them, from the President who supports the “hardworking, family people, doing the work that american’s won’t do”, from south of the border.
One of my children is her age. I live in a high illegal-immigrant area, chandler. If that was one of my children, they’d have to pull my fingernails from the neck of the SOB.

We recently passed a law here that illegals suspected of committing felonies, get NO BAIL. Otherwise, we know where they flee to, and then trying to extract them back from mexico is difficult.
Right Gascon and the Mayor were “outraged” that they weren’t notified.
I say to them, AND YOU DON’T HAVE A PROBLEM NOT KNOWING WHO IS ALLOWED INSIDE OUR CITY BUILDINGS? Might just not be a “hard-working family man”, could be a TERRORIST SET ON HARMING YOUR CITIZENS.!

You live in AZ? Then you good folks will get to feed, clothe, medicate, educate and board this killer for a number of years, and the last figure I saw out of CA was a cost of about 40K a year per inmate.

How many times have people who are here legally injured and killed others in similar situations? This is not an immigration issue. Would it have been better if someone legally here had done this?

This IS ABOUT illegal immigration, respect for laws and respect for other people. Any one who drinks and drives is playing with others lives.

In AZ, because of PC, illegals have been arrested, like this guy had been previously, and just released. This time he killed. Someday it might be you or yours.

We already have that in Cal. No doctor? Go to the emergency room and get free treatment. We have over $14 billion in services a year to illegals.
