Fact is that Obama is actively conspiring to avoid independant examination of his birth records - along with many other “historic” aspects of his rise to Messianic status.
He’s hiding behind legal curtains everywhere and the American public really doesn’t know what this guy’s about.

OR if they refuse to hear the case, it will be on grounds of personal privacy, after perusing Obamas birth record in a closed conference. Obama does not want the public to know who his real father is, because it certainly is not as he has portrayed in his two books.
If this were allowed to stand as a defense, then how could the proof of a candidate’s citizenship ever be proved for whomever may decide to run for the Presidency? You would not be able to authenticate their citizenship status ever. That would be an obamanation (pardon the pun).

He, his supporters, Congress, and the Supreme Court, will NOT say “oh, sorry, guess that little technicality really does disqualify him, McCain wins after all”. We’re not talking about an adult or adolescent moving here and running for President, we’re talking at most an infant a few days from birth and one plane flight - something which most people would far rather overlook than suffer the massive sociopolitical consequences of a mere technicality.
The problem, which none want to discuss, is that there is more to checks-and-balances than the three branches of government.

I think not. They are insulated, and if they are going to issue an “unpopular” decision, they would probably give a heads up to LE authorities to be on high alert.
The fact that he has so little respect for America or citizens that he is willing to go to the SC if necessary to avoid addressing this issue is scary. His birth certificate should be a minor thing(assuming he has one). To what lengths will he go to hide all other actions he takes as President from us?
I think even Bill Clinton had more respect for his country than that—and I never thought I would say that!
Joe Biden would not become President if Obama were disqualified. The whole ticket would be disqualified. Thus, McCain / Palin could still win.

Why is McCain included? Thought this issue was resolved 6 months ago, DNC challenged his elgibility, then McCain provided his original BC showing both parents were US citizens.
I think that the fact is that Obama was born outside the USA, and America now will be watching. That fact will delegitimize his presidency more than Bush's has been by Dem accusations of "cheating." in his elections.
This is the biggest cheat ever on the office of the Presidency, perpetrated by Dean and Soros et. al.
IMO, this will all come to nothing. Not necessarily because BO is in fact natural born, but because no one wants to ignite a firestorm of civil unrest.
At this point the SC could see documents showing he was born in Moscow and they will still let the election stand. The fix is in so to speak. Conservatives need to quit wishing for a magic bullet.
I don’t care. Let them have a field day. They need to prove that Barry was made in America.
