NATURAL BORN, I REPEAT, NATURAL BORN, CITIZEN. YES HE IS A CITIZEN, BUT HE IS NOT, I REPEAT, NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN AND THAT IS WHY HE IS INELIGIBLE TO HOLD THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
My gut is now telling me that the Supremes are going to weave a convoluted theory as to why he qualifies as a natural born citizen, and put this to an uneasy rest.

Also, Berg is still saying the , the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.
Alan Keyes has filed suit in California. He claims to have footage of Obama’s grandmother indicating that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. Obama’s mother was to young to pass along U.S. citizenship.
Other stories have Obama born into British citizenship and/or changing to Indonesian citizenship as a minor child- eligibility disqualifiers.

All Obama has to do, and all he has had to do all along, is produce a hard copy of his original birth certificate, and this all goes away.
The fact that he won’t do this very simple thing means he’s hiding something.
What I find bizarre is that nobody is calling him on this. Not only in the MSM, but anywhere else. I haven’t heard it dealt with on talk radio, Fox or anywhere else.
It seems a MSM “Media Blanket Blackout” in reference to this story..

The only thing I can find that the SC ordered was the schedule for opposition to certification to be filed - routine for a Presidential election and not anything to do with the birth certificate.
As I understand it, Berg has filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari as a request for the supreme court to look at him getting turned down by the appeals court.
That’s a long winded way of saying I don’t think this article is supported by the facts and conservatives are better served by getting ready for the policy fights that are coming. And getting some better leadership. And some better candidates.
I believe he is a US Citizen. The question is does he qualify as “natural born”.

I guess we're going to get the opportunity to find out or at least to find out how the Supremes interpret what the Constitution means by "natural born citizen."

Why is McCain included? Thought this issue was resolved 6 months ago, DNC challenged his elgibility, then McCain provided his original BC showing both parents were US citizens.
In short: Formal Legal Admissions have been made by Barack Obama and the DNC. They cannot be withdrawn. Obama and the Democrats could be sued for fraud based on these formal admissions.
A major Constitutional crisis is looming. Some people are predicting this will combine with the brewing financial crisis to cause a civil war in the United States. Gerald Celente predicted an armed civil conflict last night on Coast to Coast AM. He made the statement twice. About 5 million people heard him say it. 'Nuff said.
Supremes may decline to hear the case.
