The wackadoo Canada Supreme Court ruled flying is an entitlement.

What about people with claustrophobia? Shouldn’t they be allowed more space so they won’t have a panic attack? And incredibly tall people should be allowed more leg room.

There actually ARE airlines which believe that all humans are under 5’ tall and 135 lbs and order their aircraft constructed accordingly.

I recall being on this one flight in which this very large woman bought a coach class ticket and her seat was too small. She then demanded to be put into first class.

It was obvious that she had done this before.

What these people are demanding is that those who control their weight subsidize the transportation of those who do not.

I’m thin; shouldn’t by fare be reduced by 1/2?

Put another thin [female if you please] in my seat, they make the same fare.

1. I’m thin; shouldn’t by fare be reduced by 1/2?

2. Put another thin [female if you please] in my seat, they make the same fare.

I'll go for option #2 :-)

Not only should their be no consequences for poor lifestyle choices,

they should be rewarded for them.

This is quintessential liberalism in action.

Yes ma'am, you are indeed entitled to two seats.

You can have 16A and 22C.

Have a nice day, eh?

With that attitude Air Canada needs to go broke and US airlines should refuse to service Canada!

Fat people should have to pay triple!

“Obese have right to 2 airline seats: Canada court”

This is total decimation!!!

If the fatty needs 3 seats instead of 2? Then what?

Does that entitle them to two meals too?

You mean they'd have to cut down to two meals?
