Bumped and Freeped! The Constitution is too important to be treated lightly. Barack Obama has to earn the trust of the American people. He has no entitlement to be elected President by the Electoral College just because a majority of Americans voted for him. He must meet the qualifications necessary to be President.

"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus

Where was Joseph Farah when the Patriot act was running a carriage and four through the fourth amendment?

Yeah, I am all for forcing transparency on whether Obama meets the constitutional requirements for citizenship and am number 889 to sign the petition. I suspect we may be facing a constitutional crisis.

I would feel alot better about facing such a thing if conservatives in general had given much of a damn about it (the constitution) over the last 8 years. Every time someone raised the issue, there was a howl of rejoinders from the brainless neocons accusing you of being 1) a closet Democratic Underground sycophant or 2) a “Paultard truther.”

It was considered an effective “argument” to pull out flashy pictures of the World Trade Center under attack as justification for the Bush admin to eviscerate the fourth, granting the kind of draconian powers that if a Democrat asked for them, we would be aghast and ready to riot.

As it is, the leftists are going to accuse you of only caring about the constitution when your team is threatened. The sad thing is, for many, this is accurate.

Bet the Supreme Court punts. They'll find a technicality to allow 0bama to serve. The clear and present danger of rioting in the streets will scare them into it. They'll say they have conflicting documents so it will be like the NFL - "after further review, the play stands as called - 0bama gets to be POTUS".

If they don't, wrap your heads around "President Biden". We lose either way.

"This is a very unusual step for us to take," said Joseph Farah, founder, editor and chief executive officer of the leading independent online news source. "I have long resisted the temptation toward corporate activism – even avoiding the tradition of corporate editorial positions and political endorsements. We do those things individually as columnists and pundits, but WND has rarely engaged in taking editorial stands as most newspapers do."

What does this mean? That a news reporting organization does not want to write articles about trashing the Constitution because of "corporate activism". What! Corporations stand above of the Constitution. Whether it comes to be true or not this is a critical issue.

If the SCOTUS refuses to support the Constitution because of possible political problems on the streets of the country, then that means we no longer have a rule of law in America. The last time that happened was when the country was founded. How for can real Americans be pushed before they break? I think its getting close to that breaking point frankly. Civil discourse could die soon if the SCOTUS fails to act to protect our founding Instutitions in their charge.

I just found this excellent video with Berg himself explaining his case. Looks like over 4 million people have watched it.
It was obviously produced before the elections.
It may have been posted before but worth posting again:

A detroit radio station called the Kenyan embassy after the election of Obama. After a lot of trouble they get through to the ambassador of Kenya.

The ambassador of Kenya says that obama was born in Kenya and that his birth place has become a national shrine.

Listen to the recording here

Be sure to download the recording as well. The chances of it remaining online for long are remote.
