However this all shakes out, Obama will at the very least be getting a little taste of the medicine (constant obstruction) President Bush has had to deal with for 8 years.

Some might say that’s exactly what they’re trying to do, and they’re going to have to wait for Jesus to handle THAT job.
Obama has already made public two accounts of his birth certificate. One, is his published biography where he describes in detail the contents of his Hawaii birth certificate. Two, is his pre-election public website publishing an (arguably) official Hawaii record of his birth certificate. It seems to me these two public self-disclosures, truthful or not, greatly reduce his claim of privacy (vs public record) of his vault copy Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth.

Not just every voter, but what about the troops, specifically? What if our military questions his authority and therefore, his orders? Imagine having to worry about taking orders from a Commander in Chief who may have no constitutional right to issue said orders? This could be seriously problematic.

I’d like to hear a Hawaii state official affirm the type birth records held for Barack Obama were and are only available for babies born in Hawaii. From all my research, the answer is no, Birth filing in Hawaii was available for babies born outside Hawaii.
