He supposedly was adopted by his mother's second husband, Lolo Soetoro. That's why he was registered in an Indonesian school as Barry Soetoro, with his religion given as Muslim.

I heard Berg took the case to the Supreme court and David Souter has ordered Obama to produce a legitimate certified birth certificate by December 1, 2008.

The BHO side was given until Dec. 1 to *respond*, which will probably mean still more arguments about "standing", not provision of a copy of BHO's original Certificate of Live Birth.

They are going to talk this to death, and then claim it's been made moot by the electoral college, and then the Congress, and finally the Coronation of Barack the First.

The document that the Obama campaign released to the public is a certified copy of Obama's birth record, which is not the best evidence since, even under Hawaiian law, the original vault copy is the better evidence. Presumably, the vault record would show whether his birth was registered by a hospital in Hawaii.

The Obama campaign NEVER released ANY real document to the public. They did, however, create a false identity document, a FELONY, and passed it off as Obama's "real" birth certificate, another FELONY.

These fraudulent acts will get you 15 years in the Big House, and not four years in the White House.

This is my worst fear.That Barky first ignores the Supreme Court, if they even hear the case, and then that they delay and stall until he is corronated. By then it would be near impossible to remove a sitting President, especially one of color.

Anyone who can't see just how slick it was to run a black candidate and then make the "selection" about race is totally blind.

This is why it is so important to get talk radio on this right away. Once again they don't have to get opinionated about anything, just present the truth! What has happened in sequence and then let the audience make up their own mind.
