A policeman who accused his force of promoting gay rights over religious beliefs was last night sacked for misconduct.
PC Graham Cogman, 49, had been disciplined after sending emails to colleagues quoting biblical texts and making remarks considered offensive to homosexuals.
In one message he suggested homosexual sex was sinful and in another, addressed to a gay liaison officer, included the phrase ''love the sinner hate the deed.'
PC Cogman also circulated the details of an American organisation which offered 'to cure' homosexuality.
The devoted family man and church-goer has now been fired by Norfolk Police after a misconduct hearing yesterday.
The committed Christian was found guilty of failing to comply with a lawful order over the use of police computers and failing to treat a colleague with politeness and tolerance.
Mr Cogman, of Sea Palling, Norfolk, was dismissed for the first charge and will be required to resign for the second, although he still has the right to appeal against both.

Sacked: PC Graham Cogman from Sea Palling in Norfolk was fired for misconduct
He claimed the force had become obsessed with inclusiveness to the detriment of Christian beliefs, describing the force~s support of homosexual rights as 'blatantly biased'.PC Cogman was working in Great Yarmouth two years ago when gay liaison officers circulated an email encouraging staff to wear a pink ribbon on uniforms in Gay History Month.
He claims he was bombarded with gay posters and information about gay events. PC Cogman responded by email and was banned from using internal messaging systems after being found to have failed to show 'respect and tolerance'.
The following year he objected to a similar email asking officers to wear a rainbow ribbon.

If he was doing his proselytizing at work and using work computers instead of doing this in his private life then I have no problem with him getting in trouble. It isn’t the role of civil servants to spread their faith, even if its the one I agree with, on my dime.

"love the sinner hate the deed"I agree with this. If anyone is offended with this, tough! I will not compromise my beliefs just so others will not be offended.

How dare he.
Good luck Graham!

Should not even bothered. Let the “homo sexists” do as they please, for the results in all likely hood end up with “aids.” Results: “Decrease in surplus population.”(Scrooge in CHRISTMAS CAROL.)

They have separated The Church from the State Well, technically they haven't. The Queen is the head of state for the UK and also the head of the Anglican Church.

Is it REALLY Mr. Cogman who is disturbed???
Perhaps.
Perhaps not.
Mr. Cogman is suffering from WMDS or White Man Derangement Syndrome. This is a serious disorder brought on by living in a society whose cultural norms have been so altered that the society not only condones, but acutally DEMANDS, acceptance of formerly unacceptable social behavior. These ephemeral social structures reject the social glue which has held together nearly every human society and culture in the past, regardless of geographical, ethnic or racial origin. These societies are termed ephemeral as their survival is limited. Lacking basic common values and mores, such societies will inevitably degenerate into anarchy until a new cultural and social order arises which is capable of succesfully rejecting the causes of White Man Derangement Syndrome.
Although it is termed White Man Derangement Syndrome, the symptoms and disorder can appear in any cultural group regardless of race which has been assaulted by the pox of political correctness.
Tomorrow we will discuss uniworld economics and the collapse of the western monetary system.

If he was doing his proselytizing at work and using work computers instead of doing this in his private life then I have no problem with him getting in trouble. I tend to agree. If his superiors told him to knock off certain behaviors because it was contrary to policies adopted by this police force, then he should have stopped.
